Cassie was wonderful and very helpful. A real credit to the tour company.

Received all info and travel plans in a very timely manner.

Beautiful hotel which was very centrally located on Waikiki Beach. Great room. Excellent restaurants and friendly helpful staff.

Great tours and very informative tour guide. Made everything so easy and comfortable. Made sure we were all well taken care of and all our needs and questions were covered.

Vince was wonderful and made all the tours he escorted very informative and accurate.

Great restaurants and excellent service.

Charlie is a true asset to this tour company. He was always taking care of us with a friendly and easy going manner. I have a new friend and hope to travel with him again.

Wonderful, informative and covered all the bases in Honolulu. I have highly recommended your company to many of our friends and will travel with you again next year.

Fantastic!

Fantastic and a character!!

Too many buffets!!

For us this was a fascinating and extremely worthwhile trip to a part of the world to which we had never been. We now understand so much more about the PTO, the scale of operations there and the challenges our troops endured.

8-day Battle of the Bulge review

Never seemed bothered by the multiple times I called with questions always got back to me

Everything was fully ready to go

People at the Bastogne Hotel bent over backwards to assist us and were very helpful and friendly with dietary needs or changes

This was an awesome experience and was added to by the re-enactors in town that weekend. Many were living in the actual conditions ie; outside though there was no snow

this was an excellent experience. We had headsets describing the battlefield through the eyes of 4 participants. Was great that we could go at our own pace

Not a beer drinker so stayed in town and went to another museum

loved walking the Siegfried line , the Wereth 11 memorial and the battlefield lecture given by the localk historian who lived through the experience

Loved Viadan Castle. The second one was more ruins than castle but still a good experience and a nice change on the tour

Very moving. The information given by the head caretaker was awesome

There was so much to see here we could have probably spent a few more hours there

really enjoyed this part of the tour especially the history and the free time to walk around and converse with the locals. Restaurant we chose here was the only downside . Food was fair

Robert was knowledgeable, very flexible and made sure we were always satisfied. He managed to keep us herded which was difficult at times due to some wanderers. He always had the next days itinerary posted in the evenings, which helped on how to dress. He always made sure to see if we all were happy with what we were doing be it meals tour, or historical questions

Henri and Scott were by far the most interesting but there depth of knowledge combined with the larger scope of their tours made them the hands down favorites

Most all of the meals were very good. Would have like a little more variety in restaurants in Bastogne as we ate at the same one several times. That said the food was very good. The exception was in Luxembourg City where I found the food fair. Definitely the least favorite of the entire trip

Mr D was a marvel. having driven truck I was amazing how he navigated the narrow roads and lanes and how easily he made it look to completely turn the bus around on some of these same narrow roads

I found the tour an overall very good value for the money and was greatly please I had chosen to take this tour

All needs attended to, thanks.

I stayed at The Westin Guam before the tour. It has better location (walk to shops) and a lovely sandy beach in front. (Hilton doesn't) Rooms are more modern too. So I would recommend a change.

Excellent local tour guides.

Could not have asked for a better guide.

16-day Grand Pacific review

Cassie was kind and patient!

Your "My Tour" check list and other aids were very helpful.

Especially enjoyed the mix of Cultural History of each place along with the story of the battles.

Very knowledgable of Guam's culture and the battle history. Well prepared and an excellent host!

Same comment as above on Saipan and Tinian!

I do not enjoy Buffet style as the food is usually not hot. I can understand why that is the most efficient way to feed the group.

Charlie seems to be a very experienced Manager. He is efficient and is on top of the situation at all times. At the same time he is able to give you personal attention and see to your own personal needs. He went out of his way and provided special help on several occasions Rudy is a very personable young man and will become a great manager. He too, provided personal service tom on several occasions.

The driver on Tinian seemed to be able to get anywhere. HooRah!

The Tours are well organized and managed. The local guides are very knowledgeable. Every effort has been made to assure the your tour is factual and entertaining. I have on several occasions since my 1st tour to Europe recommended Procom to several

8-day Pearl Harbor Anniversary review

Nikki is excellent!

Excellent hotel on the beach, breakfasts were good, nice shops, comfortable rooms, across the lawn from Army Museum.

Although it was not related to the military, I really enjoyed the day at the Polynesian Cultural Center. It was an informative and fun look at the entire Pacific islands, plus great food. I could have spent all day on the Missouri. I went back to the US Army Museum for a second visit. The Pearl Harbor area has really improved for visitors since I was there in 1991. I skipped Kualoa Ranch because it was rainy, but was required to rate it as "this field is required"

I learned a lot from Justin, both as a group guide and talking to him privately.

Informative and with excellent enthusiasm. Could have skipped the going down the bus aisle and talking to everyone on the ride back to Honolulu after show, it was late and people wanted to doze off!

Very informative guide, but the palace tour could have been about half the time, as it took time away from other sights that day.

Absolutely loved this Texas girl! Very smart and enthusiastic.

Very informative, although a bit too informative at some of the stops. I would have enjoyed more time to walk around this museum on my own.

As stated before, I did not go on this tour due to weather. Revisited Army museum.

Honolulu is one of America's culinary destinations with many outstanding restaurants (a few of which I tried on my own!). I understand that a buffet for eighty people can never compete with those, but I'm fine with that and enjoyed talking with other members of the group! Breakfast at hotel was good.

My second tour with Charlie. He is bright and informative, organized, and fun to be around, and I hope to see him on many future tours!

Another excellent tour, which increased my knowledge of WW2!

8-day Battle of the Bulge review

Must see, critical part of the history

Very good, interpretive presentation was well done

Fun, nice diversion from the rest of tour

Again, a must see to get a sense of what happened

One castle was plenty, two was a bit much

Excellent presentation by the Director and a key part of the tour

Probably the most museum related to the "hardware" of war

Interesting city, Christmas market was a letdown

Robert did a good job keeping things moving and was well informed

Henri is a treasure, as was Scott

All were good to great, the pizza in Luxembourg was outstanding and a welcome suprise

The tour was very good, with a blend of WW2 history and some diversions that worked well. I like the fact that it is all inclusive

8-day Battle of the Bulge review

The consultant provided basic info for the trip.

Everything was satisfactory. One surprise of was using the room key to turn on electricity and pushing a bar in the wall to flush the toilet.

Robert was very professional but not dictatorial. He has an excellent sense of humor. He explained everything very well. I always felt that each day was handled very well and I had no concerns or worries at all.

Henri was so special because he was able to combine personal experiences with factual information about the battle. He was so special. The other tour guides were excellent!

I gained weight because the food was so good. I could not deny myself anything!!

The bus was very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride. I was amazed at its maneuverability! Our driver was great and we appreciated he was required to have rest periods to help him stay alert and driving well.

I have already recommended this tour to my friends and family. I look forward to our next trip with Procom and Beyond Band of Brothers!

Copies of the pictures that the tour guides had on the battles on the islands would've been nice to have when they were going over the sites.

They did a great job in making sure that things went smooth durning the trip, they did a great job!

Rays leaked water durning the trip, from the A/C unit on the two of us sitting in the back

Was a great tour the guides were amazing on the knowledge that they had on the battles and the history of the islands.

8-day Battle of the Bulge review

Only thing that was a small disappointment was the fact that every time we tried to visit the Nuts Cave Bar they were closed.

As a history nut and teacher this was a great museum. Not enough time to experience everything.

This was a great little side trip. Beer was great.

just a wonderful part to see all the different parts of the battlefield. Our guide for the day, Henri Mignon, made it even more special. His personnel eyewitness account of that time period made it that more special.

Loads of fun to see how things were way back then.

A great way to honor those that gave the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedoms and of those who were conquered by the Axis powers.

Just a great place to see articles of the Battle and of WWII. Again not enough time to see everything in that museum. But still a great stop.

Great tour of the city.

Robert is an exceptional young man. He was truly professional through out our entire tour. He as a great sense of humor and was able to handle a bunch of old folks. Or I should say he was able to keep up with us. He was knowledgeable about all of the historical aspects of this tour and able to handle all situations that arose during the tour. I really can't say enough about this young man. he made this trip/tour just an outstanding adventure. I'd give him a raise cause he's worth every penny.

They were all just outstanding. Henri is should be elevated to Belgium's National Treasure. His personnel stories and accounts made this tour so special. The Director of the Vianden Castle made us feel just as special as the castle itself. Scott at the cemetery was so informative. He brought a battle that was thousands of miles away and years ago to life and made us so proud to be among those that fought and gave their lives for us.

Only thing to say here is I gained 2 pounds. Enough said.

Mr. "D" was a true professional. He handled that bus like it was a Mercedes Benz. Oh wait a minute it was a Benz. We couldn't have asked for a better driver. He was always there to help one on or off the bus. We all felt totally safe with his driving especially on those narrow country roads. Would love to have him be my driver when I'm trying to navigate the streets of New York City.

In one word...EXCELLENT. This was a first for us. We have always planned our own trips but I never could have planned a trip as good as this. Procom is a truly professional organization. Every aspect of the tour was planned and worked out so well. I was 100 percent satisfied.

We really din't know what to expect of this tour. But within just a few hours of the start we know that we were in for a great adventure. Everyone associated with this company and the tour itself (from the hotel staff, to the restaurants and waiters, the guides etc.)was just outstanding. Procom has got to be one of the top 5 historical touring companies in the world. Recommend this company??? In a heart beat. All aspects of the tour are totally taken care of. One doesn't have to worry about what to do or where and what to eat and drink. There is never a time when you have to wonder what to do what to see. It's done and it could not have been done better. There is nothing more that I can say. If a prospective costumer ever wants first hand knowledge instead of reading reviews about Procom or this particular tour please call me. I'll gladly tell them how exceptional and what a great value this tour was.

8-day Battle of the Bulge review

Robert was great - very thorough, attentive and competent.

The guide at Bourscheid Castle was also five star.

Very good and filling. I especially liked the policy of one free drink during the meals.

Mr. D was great - very professional and always helpful.

Excellent. However, it is a "Battle of the Bulge Tour" so the activities need to be confined to this subject. For example, start with a one hour lecture in a conference room on the first day about the battle. Include maps and other visual displays. Next, drop the Luxembourg Castles. In their place, add and all day trip of the Central Thrust following the 2nd German Panzer Division route. As this was the division that advanced the furtherest, it was important and significant. This trip should be like the Northern Arc trip. Next, drop the Brewery tour. In its place, add a trip following the route of the 4th US Armored Division route to break the siege of Bastogne.

I believe that I would prefer to have spent the time touring another part of the battle field, such as the southern locations or the center of the bulge german movements and setbacks.

Outstanding young man,

Scott the best

Meals were so good that I need not eat for the next week.

First time with a tour group. The group size (17) was very manageable. I was apprehensive about a larger group. If all groups are this size highly reccomended.

8-day Battle of the Bulge review

The Procom travel consultants are top notch and make the process of booking a tour very easy and informative.

Procom has the Mytrip section on their website which is great because it gives you regional travel information, schedules, hotel information, etc.

The Hotel Melba is Bastogne is awesome. This was my second time at staying there. It is family operated and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. The meals at the hotel were great as was the atmosphere. The hotel in Frankfurt was a busy airport hotel but it was very clean and the meal was good.

This was my second time at visiting the foxholes and the Bastogne Barracks. Both give a perfect example of what bastogne was during the period.

Bastogne War Museum was a complete, immersive experience especially with the small theaters throughout the exhibits.

There wasn't a lot to see at the Brewery but it was fun and the scenery nice.

Exploring the northern arc of the bulge was probably the highlight of the tour for me. Following Peiper's route was incredible. I highly recommend adding more of this to the tour. Robert, our tour manager, made a special stop in Cheneux for me as I had a interest in a soldier that was killed there.

The castles were nice but maybe limit it to only one castle especially during colder months.

The Luxembourg American Cemetery is truly remarkable. It's a very peaceful place to visit and the superintendent is a walking encyclopedia of the Battle of the Bulge. Procom also had a wreath ceremony at the cemetery and honored the vets on our tour. Very nice!!!

I can't say enough about the museum in Diekirch. It has to be the most complete collection of military artifacts from the battle including vehicles! The audio guide was great as well. I highly recommend this museum.

Luxembourg City was fun! Our guide was very knowledgeable and was good at explaining the sights.

Robert was outstanding. I noticed he was quick on picking up our interests and tweaking things to make our tour special. For me, Robert allowed us to stop at Cheneux for me to honor a particular soldier that fought and died in the small village. Also, Robert was great at tracking flights and helping everyone. I would take a tour with him any day!

This was my second time at meeting Henri and Scott. They are perfect examples of what a guide should be. Henri provided a living history to his part of the tour and we were able to see the war through his experiences. Scott is a walking encyclopedia of the battle of the bulge. He's concise and takes great pride in the work he does.

The meals were great. Procom goes the extra mile to make sure the meals are first rate.

I felt safe with Mr. D. He is an example of what a professional driver should be! He was able to maneuver the bus in places that most people couldn't get a car through.

This was my second Procom tour. I booked and paid for my entire trip eight months in advance and felt very secure in my trip investment with Procom.

As my second Procom tour, I choose Procom again because I knew my tour would be done right and would exceed my expectations. Every detail is taken care of and the staff's professionalism is awesome.

8-day Pearl Harbor Anniversary review

Excellent personalized service. Arranged my own airfare, but travel insurance referral helped. TI was reasonable and covered what I needed. Pickup from airport was flawless.

Information was to the point and sufficient. Splitting the large group into 2 separate groups kept the itinerary and travel up close and personal.

Since this was my first tour, the meal information on some days (ie. cafeteria style, where eating, etc) would have helped the planning of those days when we wanted to eat on our own. But this was minor.

Excellent hotel. Great service, great breakfasts, easy to use coupon for breakfast, clean, comfortable, close to other locations I wanted to go.

Since this is a WWII history tour, you might want to explore possibility of adding visit to Schofield Barracks, and more time at Punchbowl, especially of those of us who had relatives on the wall or buried in the cemetery. Transportation and information for military ID holders to visit USS Utah, site of bungalow house from In Harms Way and other items onbase (possibly in lieu of Island Tour or cultural center) might be a welcome addition. Both Kualoa Ranch and Polynesian cultural center were interesting, but you might consider the above options.

Justin's knowledge of the Island's role in WWII is endless he was a fountain of information

Great guide-very knowledgeable and great personality

This docent gave an excellent tour, answered all our questions, and her respect for the Palace and its associated history showed through.

Guide was young, but knew her history. Also liked the ability to do some additional exploring on my own.

This Air Force veteran was a joy to talk to, knew his subject matter, and loves doing his job. Well done.

They were OK, but tramping through the sand to boat ride I could have skipped. Ranch vehicle tour with info on movies, etc. was very interesting.

One meal where we stood over hot grill to cook our own steaks, and restaurant personnel were very slow to serve us, definitely would not be on my to do list. Other than breakfast (which was outstanding), the hotel food was average, and the same thing, on most buffets. I would have liked to explore additional places in the area, when we were dining near hotel, such as Gordon Birsch (spelling?) restaurant on the water. Food was great. Polynesian food was OK at Center, but one usually has an option of an alcoholic drink at a luau. Ranch lunch was passible. The first tour to a place is always an experiment. My comments are meant to help you plan a better experience for those who come after us.

Rudy went out of his way to help us in any way he could. He is a great tour manager. I'm particularly grateful to him for helping a few of us "old ladies" to climb up Diamondhead without falling on our behinds. And for going and personally bringing us water from the bus when we finished. He was a great 'shepherd' taking are of his 'flock', making sure we were all on the bus to return to hotel at the end of each adventure, and smoothing any problems or concerns that we had. We were in great hands. Bravo Zulu for a job well done.

Excellent drivers and coach accommodations. Having plenty of water for us to drink, and breakfast the morning we had to get up early to go to Pearl Harbor ceremonies were particularly appreciated.

Excellent personal service. Got to all the 'important' historical places, excellent hotel, guides and accomodations.

This was my 'bucket trip' of my lifetime, having a cousin who went down with the USS Arizona. Being present for the 75th anniversary of the bombing of Pearl Harbor was a dream come true. Your discounts for those of us who served in the military are very much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone. Well done!

16-day Grand Pacific review

Information about the possibility of upgrading the air trip to business class. The 7+ hour plane trip might have been worth the additional cost.

Hilton - would have been nice to have an ocean view room. Fiesta - did not have the "sparkle" that the other 2 had, our room the phone did not work, one day we did not receive fresh linens (that's how we found out the phone did not work).

If something needed to be cut I would say the Polynesian Cultural Center

Justin knows his stuff.

We were in Camille's group and had a excellent guide, I understand that some of the other groups had either a different guide or just an audio guide.

Kate was excellent!

Excellent knowledge of the history of the war on Guam.

My favorite, great connection to the local culture and politics and economy. We learned a lot from Don concerning how the Protectorate of the NMI works. Gordon who was with the transportation company was also very insightful.

I along with others grew weary of feeding from a buffet at the hotels. The hotel on Saipan was the worst but it was also at the end of the trip which added to my displeasure to having a buffet. Would like to have more evening meals away from our hotel or have menu service.

They were excellent, Charlie, Rudy & Camille. They were very attentive to our needs and made sure that we got the most from each site.

We have different coaches on each island. It seems that coaches with rear side doors are not available in the Pacific but if they were it would make loading & unloading go much faster. The use of the smaller vans (7 passenger) made loading for some of the guests more difficult. These were used to transport to the palace & airport at Guam.

Overall it was excellent and I would recommend the tour based on the quality of service and completeness of the historical sites visited. I'm not sure that I will do another anniversary tour as the group on Hawaii was so large. Personally I like traveling with a smaller group even though Procom did a very good job of breaking us up into smaller units to visit the sites. I did hear some say that they were unaware of the difficulty some of the sites were concerning access (length of walking, steps, hills) so this should be made clear in your information.

8-day Pearl Harbor Anniversary review

Cassie was awesome!! Anytime I had a question or my flight itinerary changed she always answered my e-mails very quickly.

The hotel was amazing! The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The employees of the hotel were friendly and very willing to help with any needs I had.

My least favorite part of the tour was Iolani Palace. The tour took too long. We weren't given enough time to actually walk through and look through the museums with the exception of the USS Bowfin and the Pacific Aviation Museum. I really liked the guided tour of both of these. I wish there were more guided tours in the museums. I was surprised at how much the Park Service rushed everyone through the USS Arizona Memorial. My absolute favorite part of the tour was the one part I thought I was going to hate, the Polynesian Cultural Center. I learned so much while there and it was fun.

Justin is a wealth of knowledge! I widh he could've done a more in depth guided tour of Army Museum.

She was amazing and so full of information!

He was very informative but a little hard to hear.

He was very informative and helpful with pictures. The bus was a little worrisome with all the squeaking and squealing of the brakes.

The meals were not the best. I must say I don't think I'll be eating rice any time soon:) I know there was a challenge because of my being a vegetarian and Charlie and Camille made sure there was something without meat at every meal and I do sincerely appreciate that they were concerned and made sure I had something at every meal. Acouple of nights we skipped the dinners because we just didn't want any more rice!!!

I think Charlie did a very good job. It was a little hectic when we would first get to a place with such a big group but he kept us on track and didn't lose anyone!!!

I think Procom was great. They were very helpful and friendlywith all my questions

My general impression of the tour was that large groups are not the norm and it was a little much to deal with. I think overall you did a good job. There was definitely a lot to see and do. I wish there was more time alotted to museums and memorials and less to the palace and Ranch. I would recommend the tour because there was a lot seen and learned that wouldn't have been if it wasn't for the tour and the guides.

8-day Pearl Harbor Anniversary review

A very nice hotel!

My only suggestion would be to limit the time at the Kualoa Ranch. Even though I don't mind waiting, I could tell other passengers seemed tired and were ready to leave earlier.

Great!

I love the attention everyone receives and is so willing to work with those who might want to do something else while on tour! (And I appreciate the office staff so very much!)

8-day Pearl Harbor Anniversary review

Very Satisfied

Again, the only comment here is that in the initial form I sent in, I requested one king/queen bed for me and my wife, and our room had two twin beds.

All places visited were excellent, with great customer service.

Excellent, very knowledgeable on his history

very good meals, except there was never mention about the gluten free option for my wife.

Excellent, a very knowledgeable tour manager and always kept us informed, him and Camille were great as a team.

Excellent, again only minor issues with meals and the hotel beds, other than that service was excellent.

Loved the tour, and plan on going back to Hawaii. Also, looking forward to going on two more Beyond Band of Brothers tours in the future, and would highly recommend Beyond Band of Brothers tours to our friends, family, and colleagues.

8-day Pearl Harbor Anniversary review

Loved the nearness of the hotel to the beach! The staff was wonderful and any request was met with a smile.

My favorite was the Arizona Memorial and all the other sites associated with the entire complex. The day was so exciting! It was the memory of a lifetime! My family lost a sailor aboard the USS Pennsylvania and I've heard about his sacrifice all my life. To get to see his name listed on the ship's list of men lost during the attack was a moving experience. S/1c Dencil J. McIntosh was only 20 years old when he died---just one of many, but special to our family. I was humbled by the realization of what those men did for the United States of America!

Justin was exceptional. His knowledge was impressive and made the experience so exciting. Loved the Pith helmet, Justin!

Such a fun guide! He was so enthusiastic. The day was rainy but he had so many great stories and made us all feel like he'd known us forever. As a matter of fact, he constantly called us "family."

She was a soft-spoken, elegant lady. She walked (seemingly floated) from room to room and made the palace come alive. Her knowledge of the royal family was amazing. She was a volunteer and her love of the family and the palace was obvious.

She was a very intelligent young woman who knew her subjects very well. It was encouraging to see a young person so interested in making sure we had the ultimate experience while touring the historic USS Missouri.

What a great day. The museum is amazing and our guide knew everything about each of the exhibits we visited. He was a volunteer at the museum and told us a little about his experiences as a fighter pilot. He was specifically asked about his combat experience. He never seemed to brag about his military service-- he just told a few facts and moved on. He was an excellent speaker full of exciting information.

He was a helpful guide who was quite funny. He made the bumpy bus ride fun with his jokes and anecdotes about the property.

The meals were fine for me, but my husband is used to Southern food and didn't like some of the offerings. The breakfasts were the best! We both loved them. The evening meal at the Polynesian Cultural Center was especially good. Travelers have to consider "when in Rome."

Rudy was very helpful and knows his stuff!

Love Procom!

I will always book my history tours with Procom. I feel like I know Nikki and the others at the Procom office and that they'll take care of me!

11-day Third Reich review

Great

Facinating

I enjoyed it and can say I've done it

I think the most emotional moving place on the tour they need to dig up the parking lot across the grounds

Great but I needed more time

I needed more time to be able to read the info. I think I would rather have time myself to explore myseld rather than guide

I was unaware of this before tour

I particularly enjoyed the bunker sight

very interesting

I would like a little more variety. I enjoyed beer with lunch and dinner

both great

As a lifelong student Of WWII and the third Reich it was the tour I dreamed of but never knew was possible, but you provided better than I imagined in a very confortable way. Charlie was just great both in providing info and taking care of us

11-day Central Europe Remembrance review

The agent I talked with when booking the trip was professional and helpful. After booking the trip I received e-mail with instructions on how to use their "mytrip" function on their website that helps you prepare for the trip.

Once you sign up for the trip, the "mytrip" page on the web site pretty much takes you through all the steps and things you need to do to prepare for the trip.

Information provided before and during the tour was comprehensive.

All of the hotels were clean and well maintained. Dining at the hotels was good also.

I toured Munich a year earlier and we had the same local guide this year (Steve.) Very good. I saw some of the same thing I saw a year earlier but I also saw some new items. Steve is very knowledgable and feeds you information throughout the tour.

Like the tour of Munich, very informative. Same guide, Steve.

The tour of the Eagles Nest was somewhat "on your own" but that was OK. We received some information before we got there. The Eagle's Nest part of the tour also includes the "Dockumentation Center Obersalzberg"

Tour guides were great. Our tour manager was from Budapest and knew the place like the back of his hand. We saw so many thing there that it was almost "information overload." He couldn't hardly take a step without telling us something

The local guides were very knowledgeable, as would be expected. Steve is a regular contractor with Beyond Band of Brothers and would be hard to beat. All spoke rather decent English. You might have to listen to them for a minute or two to ease into the accent.

Meals in the hotels were good. We often ate at local restaurants and they were all good. Almost always had American food available but I suggest you try a few of the local dishes also, IE: goulash, wienerschnitzel, etc...

The bus we had on most of the trip was a smaller bus but it was just the right size for our group. The drivers were skilled and polite.

Great service from the first contact until they dropped us off at the airport.

Don't ask why I would recommend the tour, ask why I have recommended it. It was good value for the money. The tour guides and managers were great. Hotels and food was top notch. A lot of historic information presented, and that's why I went in the first place.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

I bugged the heck out of them and the people, Cassie etc were always patient, and if they didn't have an answer to one of my dumb questions they always got back promptly and with the right answer.

Bombarded with info and answers.

Top class with excellent staff and service. It was like being on a really nice cruise ship with which I'm very familiar. Walk 6 to 10 miles a day and gain weight.

Excellent guides who by the way of studying history, knew as much as the soldiers who landed on the beach

I can wrap this section up neatly. Scott, HenriFrancois and Steve wren the best most knowledgeable guides I've I've ever met.

Simply amazing.

I would rate them as 5 "spoons". Stars

This guy is a freak of nature. He can herd 38 cats while juggling six balls, all while taking care of you and getting any information that you asked for, (and there was a lot of questions asked, and any problem solved. I would have run off into the woods screaming.

Peter doesn't talk a lot but by God he can get the bus smoothly through the eye of a needle. Mercedes bus. What else can you say.

About a 20 out of 10.

All the aforementioned reasons. I can't imagine another company even being close

11-day Italian Campaign review

I was satisfied with all hotels; however, having air conditioning would have been nice, though it wasn't too uncomfortable.

I was satisfied with all meals; there was just so much food at times, I felt guilty at leaving so much uneaten. Breakfasts were especially nice.

Completely satisfied with guides.

Drivers were great; motor coach comfortable, especially since we were not crowded.

Camille did a great job; she has a good disposition for dealing with the group.

Very informative tour. Just what I wanted. We visited sites I would not have seen because of a personal lack of knowledge of the area.

11-day Italian Campaign review

Very painless process.

They kept me in the loop. I also got to meet the tour guides thru the Internet prior to the tour.

Not that I can recall. There were no hidden surprises.

They were all good. Catania and Rome hotels were a little bigger and I had a balcony.

For the most part meals were very good.

Max and Marlene very good and knowledgeable. Both had a tremendous passion for their jobs. Marlene also had a very friendly humorous way about her. I had no issues with any of the others. The two mentioned to me were in a league of their own.

Not what I was looking for in a museum.

We were able to tour the bombed out houses and that was very good.

Five Stars.

Very comfortable ride, but I and several experienced internet issues.

It was an easy group and she did an excellent job communicating with us. She has a tremendous passion for her job.

Combined some WW2 and other historical sites that I was happy to see.

A better understanding of the length of the days.

The hotels were very nice. The shower at the Mercure could have been better designed. Water everywhere.

an unexpected highlight - the Tour guide gave an excellent overview of the battle of the Bulge

There were no issues.

Could have used chargers - only one and it was by the driver.

Very professional and would highly recommend with caveat about the amount of walking involved.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Francis and Henri were fantastic! They did an amazing job and I could have listened to them the entire trip. Steve however, was almost the polar opposite. He was much colder and less personality was in his presentation. He was very 'facts and numbers and dates'. In Dachau he talked WAY too fast and went through things too quickly that by the time the back of the group were done taking photos of what he was talking about and looking and reading plaques etc he was already 3 'stops' ahead and we missed half of what things were etc. It was really hard to take in the somber location and experience that it should have been because it was stressful to keep up with him, especially around the main buildings with the furnaces and the grounds directly surrounding them.

Things were very good!

Robert was absolutely AMAZING! He did such a great job. We had a large group and there were a lot of 'needs' like doing laundry mid-trip, power strips in the bus, special stops etc and he accommodated everything above and beyond. He felt like a friend by the end of the tour. At the end of the days if a group wanted to go out (non-tour related) to a bar or local place, he would assist in where to go, take us there, make sure we were all set with orders (Language barriers) etc. He shared personal stories, gave more information on the sites we were seeing, and helped us feel truly comfortable. He was amazing and I never doubted his ability to get us where we needed to be when we needed to be there and to ensure we enjoyed every step of the way. I would absolutely seek him out or request him on future tours!

Peter's driving abilities were INCREDIBLE!! He had a great personality and was always smiling. He went above and beyond to help us with luggage etc. The bus itself was also good. The cup holders in the trays however, were totally useless because NOTHING fit in them haha!

it was amazing and everything was handled professional and accurately it was a worry free 11 days

11-day Third Reich review

Actually, my travel agent spoke directly to your consultant. I didn't speak with anyone at Procom until I joined the tour group

I got the information from my travel agent, but I was satisfied with the scope of the information.

All were very nicely decorated, clean and had all the necessary amenities. I

I really enjoyed seeing the bunkers.

Very informative, great guide who readily answered all questions.

Wasn't too thrilled about the prospect of going there at first, since I don't drink, but found it quite interesting once I was there.

Very interesting, just sorry that the German government saw fit to put a parking lot in the middle of it, which made it lose some of its visual and emotional power.

Very interesting musuem

Excellent guide, very informative

Somewhat interesting, more interested in their exhibit on the history of uniforms than tanks.

Nice to see the city, beautiful in places.

Was extremely impressed with the architectural design of the building.

Extremely interesting, good tour guide.

Very interesting museum.

Interesting

also interesting

Steve, Keith, Jason, Jutta and Kevin stand out in my mind as being extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to try and answer my questions.

Because I'm a vegetarian, I always don't have as many options as my meat eating friends. I particularly liked the instances when I was able to choose from a buffet and found the German vegetarian soups particularly tasty. I always was able to find sometime at the breakfast buffets. Every restaurant made an effort to accommodate my needs.

The bus was extremely comfortable and the driver was quite efficient.

Excellent!

I feel like you choose high end, comfortable hotels with quality food. I went on this tour due to the content of the material (Third Reich Tour) and because of how the material was presented and the quality of the information we received, I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who had an interest in the subject.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Our room felt rather tight at the Hotel Golden Tulip, and the wide doors of their closet made it difficult to open and close without clearing the areas near the door. Shower stall space was also tight.

Crowded and too foggy when we were there.

All three of our guides were very informative and kept our interest up with the loads of information they had.

All our meals were excellent, the dinner entrees were impressive and the breakfast wasexceptionally good.

We all loved Robert's attitude, he was our "mother hen" for 11 days and he took very good care of all of us. Robert aimed to please all of us and he succeeded exceptionally. My wife and I were very pleased with him and were very impressed.

Our bus was spacious, comfortable and clean. Peter was a great driver who knew his way around well and we all felt very safe with him at the wheel.

Very pleased with everything provided by Procom.

Our tour was everything I had imagined it to be, and first class all the way. I would recommend it to anyone interested in WWII history.

my partner did the booking.

am sure great since all went very well!

us ladies, would have liked to go to church and needed some shopping time.

very good considering these were located in small cities

Robert Heinrich was very knowledgeable about the subjects he talked about, he was thorough, very detailed on his attention to the needs of the group, always considering their special needs and indeed a very kind and gentle young man. We enjoyed the trip most especially because of Robert's patience and extreem kindness to older guests. He was able to relate to all ages since we had some young folks as well. Rene and I would adopt Robert as a son in a heartbeat. He is a precious young man. We all loved him. Please give him a bonus, he worked very hard to keep everyone happy. Rene and some of the guys are planning to join another tour with Robert.

The bus was comfortable and the availability of endless water bottles for our needs was great. Peter, was extremely kind and patient with our group as well. He too, deserves a raise.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Very satisfied

The hotel stays were all comfortable well co-ordinated and provided access to Wi-Fi and other amenities as necessary.

The briefing we had referencing the map was short but the most comprehensive brief I have ever had about the war in Europe. The playing of taps and the National Anthem at the chapel I found particularly moving.

I would have been willing to give up Munich time for additional time at some of the enroute sites

Steve was exceptionally knowledgeable but kept turning his head away from his speaker on his jacket and I lost about a third of what he said.

All were excellent and well coordinated with no waiting time and no looking around for enough seating. The food in all cases was quite delicious and well chosen.

Robert was extremely helpful and anticipated problems before they became problems He handled all potential problems before they became problems. He was up early and stayed up late to ensure that everything operated very smoothly. My best recommendation is that I can say I wish I had had him as my operations officer while commanding a major unit.

The bus was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked properly was stocked with water etc to accommodate passenger comfort. The bus was invariably where it was supposed to be n a timely manner and departed for the tours on time on schedule. Peter did a fabulous job and is a remarkable driver. The best that can be said is that I really never noticed the bus because it was all so flawless.

The tour was a fantastic view of WWII history. The guides were all knowledgeable and educated me over things that I have studied for years. The tour while not inexpensive was well worth the cost with good food very comfortable hotels knowledgeable tour guides with sites well selected to give a good overall picture of the invasion and battles. I would actually like to take the tour again. I could have given up some of the time in Munich to spend more time at the enroute sites.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Excellent presentation, beyond expectations. BBOB tour honoring vets was a highlight of the trip.

Tour guide was too fast. I could not keep up and also take pictures. Many of us ended up going off on our own.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of all of our tour guides. I particularly enjoyed Franccois's recount of brecourt manor and stories of Medal of Honor recipients. The fact that Henri was local and actually experienced the battle of the bulge was tremendous. Steve was knowledgeable, though I found it hard to keep up with him. I would stop to take a picture and spend 10 minutes trying to catch up with him. He was often out of range of my hearing device and I felt like I missed half the tour of Dachau.

Meals got better as we went, peaking in Germany. Thank you for accommodating my vegetarian lifestyle.

Robert was an exceptional host. It is obvious that he has a passion for history and enjoys seeing his tour experience these amazing sites. He went above and beyond, from taking us to do laundry to toasting us with airborne beer. He made us feel like one big family. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I would, in fact, seek him out or request him for future tours.

Peter did a great job driving and negotiating small spaces with a very large bus! Amazing.

I didn't have to think about anything but the sights we came to see. Well planned. I highly recommend this tour!

Mercure hotel's food was not as good as other places and the shower only had one small piece of glass that did not stop water from getting all over

Breakfast at the first two hotel's needs improvement. Runny eggs and steamed bacon we not very good

Robert was wonderful! He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy. He surprised the entire group with special ceremony for all the veterans on the trip!! Very emotional and proud moment to be in the presence of these men.

Peter, can get through the tightest of spots and was very safe in getting us around!!

The knowledge of the tour guides, comfort of the bus, excellent food and drink!!

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

my first room was very very small and in parts of the room I couldnt stand up straight... it had a slanted ceiling.

they were all absolutely fabulous. They made the day go by so fast and we learned and saw so much. LOVED IT!

Robert was the best tour guide I have ever had!!! I have been on several tours and none of the other tour guides even come close to how wonderful Robert was.

the only thing I would recommend is to switch the seats in the bus as the days go by. Some people want to experience being in the front of the bus. Some tours have the tourists change seats each day so everyone gets a chance to sit in all parts of the bus. It usually works best if each couple moves up two seats each day. Just a thought.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

We were satisfied.

The night manager at Hotel Mercure was a bit crabby and argumentative. But other than that we loved all the hotels.

I would have liked to have more time in the museum. That was too rushed.

Tour guide Stephan was a bit hard to hear.

Steve was hard to hear at times. I wanted more time in the museum at Dachau. Could cut out the time at the modern memorials (catholic, lutheran and Jewish) in favor of more time in museum.

Excellent

We all loved Robert. He was accommodating to each person in the tour. He had a good sense of humor and good knowledge of the places we visited. I liked his presentation style and appreciated his humor. He was always on the move during the tour, making sure everyone was happy. Robert was the best tour guide.

The guy in front of me always reclined his seat and that really irritated me. I would tell people not to recline or only to recline if there's not anyone sitting in back of them.

Good, I meant to give the full five stars to the bus driver, Peter, on the prior page. He was excellent and a skilled driver.

My general impressions were excellent. I was impressed with the entire tour and I would rate it a 10 out of 10. I liked the fast pace. I liked the local tour guides.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

All our local tour guides were very knowledgeable. Francois had an answer for everything, it became normal for us to say "just ask Francois, he'll know". Francois was also helpful in translating for us in some of the shops we went to. I appreciated Henri very much because he was able to show us my grandfather's infantry division on a wall of the Mardasson memorial. I did not know they had that there for the 78th division! That meant so much to us and my family back home when I sent them pictures. Steve was very kind in sharing additional information during lunch in Berchtesgaden and answering our questions.

Robert was by far the best tour manager we could've asked for. From the moment we met him up until our goodbyes at the airport, I felt confident that if we needed anything, he would find a way to assist us. He did a wonderful job and I do not know how he (by himself!) was able to coordinate and manage all 38 of us. He has the ability to make you feel as though you are the only customer on the tour with the attention and care he gives you. That is excellent customer service. I felt everything went very smoothly. I was very impressed with him and he took such great care of us that we started calling him "dad". We would definitely do another tour with him again.

Ok.....Peter seriously is the best bus driver I've ever met. I'm not even kidding. He drives that thing better than I drive my own car. Peter received applauses from us several times during the tour for making certain maneuvers that we thought were impossible to get through. Besides that, we had the pleasure of having lunch with him one day and he was very sweet. Köszönöm, Peter!!

Excellent tour. The sights, museums, history, people etc was an amazing experience. It was truly the trip of a lifetime and I will never forget it. This was the perfect way to see Europe for the first time, and to see SNOW for the first time at the top of the eagles nest!! (Yes, I had never seen snow..) it was awesome!!

All excellent

Darn good for picking one meal for all. Worked well

Dude was good, on the ball. Went the extra mile too.

Only downer was the wifi. Very sporadic and annoying when it didn't work, which was too often. The only bad thing about the trip besides having to have two full travel days ( which was unavoidable)

Great. Well run

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Did not like the fact the Omaha Beach Hotel only had elevators on one side. I did not like carrying my luggage up and down two flights. The hotels breakfast food was very good. However the food served at the dinner buffet was not enjoyable. Also the rooms ceiling had a lot of angles. We felt like we were in an attic.

All the guides were excellent.

All the meals were very good except as stated earlier the buffet dinner at the Omaha Hotel.

Robert was an excellent tour manager. He was very organized and informative. Robert has a great friendly personality.

Peter is a very safe and skilled driver.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SURVEY IS COMING FROM "TWO" PEOPLE, LARRY AND ANDREA COHEN. Tour was very organized and well run. All tour guides were very informative. Tour dealt with the highlights of each area. All meals were included with the tour. SUGGESTIONS: OMAHA HOTEL FOR DINNER GIVE THE CHOICE OF THE BUFFET OR A SEPERATE DINNER. IN GENERAL IN ADDITION TO THE ONE DRINK INCLUDED WITH EACH MEAL, ALL DINNERS SHOULD HAVE EITHER TEA OR COFFEE INCLUDED AT THE END OF THE MEAL.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

I never had any doubts about this booking.

I like the format of the checklist. It kept me on track with what I needed to provide to the tour manager(s) and it kept me from scrambling at the last minute to get all of the documents to you guys.

I can't think of anything. I personally asked Robert Heinrich about the weather, and he was gracious to email me good information that helped me when it came time to pack for the trip.

Each hotel was amazing in its own right. I would return to any of them.

Probably my favorite museum of them all. Loved the memorial on-site, as well.

Houffalize!

I meant to ask our guide about Skip Muck's plot, but time slipped away. Would have liked to have a little more time here.

A heavy day for sure, but an important one of the trip.

I wish we could have spent some extra time in the actual town of Berchtesgaden. The Eagle's Nest was cool, but I feel like we missed out a little by simply driving by the town itself.

I loved the fact that we had distinct experts for each area of the trip. No one can be an expert in everything, but these guys were certainly experts in their theater of study. I enjoyed speaking candidly with each of them.

The FOOD!!! It's a small miracle that my pants managed to fit me when I got home, but it was worth it. It was so nice not to have to worry about anything in that regard. I think it would have been a slightly different story if I had special needs (i.e.: vegan or vegetarian) but as I didn't require anything different than the standard meal, it was perfect. The only negative thing I can think of is that they don't know how to prepare bacon in France and Belgium. The Germans knocked that one out of the park, though.

Robert is an amazingly unflappable guy. For such a young man, he possesses patience that is much beyond his years. If he was ever worried about making a specific stop by a certain time, he never let us see him sweat. A few times I was nearly the last one on the bus at a given stop, but never a word was spoken, and the tour went on without incident. When I thought I had lost my iPhone, he quickly communicated that to Peter, who skillfully drove the bus back through busy streets. A few moments later, when I found it (I really and truly thought it was lost) he was totally cool about it. He went above and beyond the call of duty with our group. He presented a wreath of flowers which was laid inside the chapel at the American cemetery in Luxembourg. That was a special moment, and we all were affected by it. Not a dry eye in sight. We joked about it and called him "Dad" at times, but that's exactly how it felt like. He took care of us, being ignorant as we were about some of the customs and traditions in Europe. He didn't make us feel stupid when we asked certain questions which he may have thought were common knowledge. Robert is a wonderful tour manager and I would love to have him as my guide on any future tours that I take with Procom. He's a real asset to the Procom family, for sure.

I knocked the coach a half star, simply due to the spotty WiFi. It was a small inconvenience, though. It could have been due to the fact that 38+ people were trying to use the same bandwidth, and that's not necessarily the fault of the service, but it was a little annoying sometimes to not even be able to send a picture message through my iPhone. Eventually, I just gave up and looked out the window, or talked with my fellow travelers. It was great having a small cooler in the front, and the water which was supplied was a nice touch as well. Also enjoyed being able to watch movies during the long travel days. Peter was a phenomenal driver. He took that bus places I didn't think it could go. He backed it into tight spots with ease and precision. I felt very safe with him at the wheel of that big Mercedes-Benz.

This was an amazing tour--one that I will certainly remember for the rest of my days. I'll never forget it, nor the people I shared it with.

I loved it all. If we could have had a little more scheduled free time, that would have been welcome. But truthfully, we were pretty much worn out by the time we got back to the hotel(s) that if we did have free time, we were ready to go to bed anyway. One suggestion I have is that if it were possible to have a professional videographer along for the trip, that would have been nice to relive the sights (or highlights) of the trip. I know it would add an additional expense, but it could be an add-on type of service, if one would like to have a video of the tour. I would not want to edit such a mountain of footage, though. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wanted to follow in those same footprints of those that served in Normandy, Belgium or Germany. It brought history to life. It helped me to begin to truly comprehend the scale of this war, not in just terms of lives lost, but of the energy, material and labor that went into waging war across Europe.

the information and assistance I got from Cassie was outstanding. She answered every question i had, and made the process much easier. Strong customer service skills.

The on line trip monitor was really helpful. Also I called Cassie a few times and she always gave me good advice and help.

As are most hotels in Europe, the rooms are small, but they were all clean and comfortable. The breakfast was especially great at the Hotel Golden Tulip.

Great guide for all the beach sites. Glad we spent enough time to see everything.

Excellent museum.

Breathtaking place. The guide was the most interesting and informed guide on the trip. Especially appreciated the ceremony Robert set up for for the veterans on the trip.

Would rather have stayed in Berchasgarden and spent more time there. However, being so close to the airport made the last day much easier.

Fog prevented us from seeing the breathing views, but it was still a great leg of the trip.

Your guides are exceptionally well versed and exceeded my expectations. The best of the bunch was Scott, the curator at the Luxembourg cemetery.

Breakfast was especially good at the Golden tulip. The lunch stops were very good as well.

Robert was the key to the success of this trip. There was nothing he couldn't accomplish for us. He is very proactive, knowledgable and personable. You couldn't have hired a better person in my opinion. Outstanding customer service skills!

Very comfortable bus and Peter the driver was a real pro.

Far exceeded my expectations before and during the trip.

Overall, this was a great trip. A major bucket list item for me and those traveling with us. I would recommend this trip and Procom for anyone.

17-day Britain Combined review

Informative, helpful suggestions of books, videos in advance.

Excellent accommodations.

Excellent. Amazing. Robert and Janos were awesome through the whole trip.

Fantastic. Jerry was awesome.

Never thought we could top the previous site, but we continued to be amazed at the great things we saw. We never would have expected to be able to be that close to an actual Enigma machine. Truly awesome.

Wonderful. Glad we watched Battle of Britain shortly before our visit. Excellent facility, wonderful seeing planes taking off an landing while we were there, and enjoyed seeing and talking with folks working on planes in the hangars.

Remarkable tribute to those that fought for our freedom.

Remarkable. We had been there once before, but the Churchill museum was added since we were there before. This was really great.

I felt privileged to be able to visit this location. I took it that this isn't allowed by many. Remarkably enthusiastic guide.

Great tribute to those that served and those that gave their all. The tapestry was something I wasn't expecting and it was very nice. The museum was great.

Remarkable. What horrible obstacles were faced by some really brave men. Duncan presented the whole area with remarkable stories.

Remarkable. Difficult to imagine the wave after wave of arriving soldiers and the difficulty they encountered.

Excellent. Very nice lunch. Great tour guides, and the Canadian guide was energetic and informative.

Great. Difficult to imagine the accuracy of the initial landings and the relatively easy capture of the bridge.

Amazing. What a horrible winter that had to have been. Very informative tour guides along the way.

Great museum. What an array of military vehicles - and seeing the work in progress (restoration shop) was great.

Very nice. Great tribute to many that gave their lives. Awesome tour guide. He said more in 20 minutes than most people would say in 20 hours.

Very sad. Hard to believe that anyone could treat another human being like they did here. Something that everyone should go through.

Great. We were getting tired, after a couple of weeks of travel, but this was very nice. How can so many people be off of work on a weekday like that? Packed with people having fun.

Beautiful, but how much evil was represented by this area. We had perfect weather for a wonderful view of the surrounding area.

Every tour guide was top notch. BBOB has picked some remarkable people to share the stories of brutality and heroism encountered and endured during this horrible time in history.

Always had plenty to eat. Enjoyed the variety available.

We had a great time with Robert. He was really good, he worked well with a bus load of people, and he had a great sense of humor. We were sorry to have to say goodbye to Robert, but Camille took right over where Robert left off. She was full of energy and ready for another day. She had a great sense of humor, and she paid attention to everyone on the tour. We hated to have to say goodbye to her as well. They were both awesome, and we wish them the best as they continue working with BBOB. We enjoyed sharing some American "sayings" that probably didn't make a lot of sense to people outside the U.S.. They made the trip enjoyable. Thanks!

We got to know Janos, and he was an amazing driver of a very large vehicle, through a lot of traffic, narrow roads - and driving on the wrong side of the road while in England. Great job. Always felt comfortable with their driving. Didn't have to worry a bit.

Super. I have suggested to others to give you a call.

Top notch. I wouldn't know what you could do to make it any better. Every day was even better than the previous day. I have already recommended your group to others, and will continue to do so.

Wonderful, patient, and kind. Thanks!

Specifics on laundry facilities. While laundry facilities were available at most of our hotels, they were prohibitively expensive for us. Had I known that earlier, I would have packed differently. That's Europe & I should have realized.

The hotel in Caen was small, but clean. The hotel in Houffalize was spacious, but our room had a "sewer gas" smell that was a bit annoying.

Seeing it in person was awesome!

Interesting!

Very nice!

Wish we had more time there.

Very educational!

Would have liked more time there

Nice museum

Could have used more time here

Could have used more time here also.

I honestly don't know how we could have had better guides than these! These people knew everything!! They made it fun to learn.

Meals were great. Only drawback was we ate late in the evening a few times. However, we had a lot to fit into each day - so we did the best we could with our time.

Both Robert and Camille were exceptional! One member of our group was hearing impaired & Robert always took special care to make sure he was understanding what was being said. I thought that was a special touch.

Janos & Charlie were both great drivers!

Top Notch!

We loved the tour and would definitely highly recommend. We are actually giving a recap of our tour to a local Lion's Club meeting next week. Procom is a first class company giving first class service to its customers. As a participant, you worry about nothing. Everything is taken care of for you!

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

very helpful

The walking was quite strenuous. I know it was in the info pages; but I would have liked this emphasized more loudly before departure.

Location was great for all the hotels. Food was a good selection, but hard to eat same food repeatedly in same hotel. I understand the timing and location did not allow for as much variety as I might like, so this is not a complaint, jut an observation. Showers were difficult to figure out, as was the temperature control in each property. Beds were comfortable,, which was perhaps the most important need.

Very sorry to have not seen the statue of the Scottish Bagpipe player in Sword beach (i think it was Sword).

Incredible!

Not enough time to see the whole thing. Rushed to lunch. Would have preferred to stay at museum and skip lunch - but no option offered and thought of it too late to make it work.

Best guide on the trip! Fantastic presentation

Moving visit...but, once again, not enough time to see it all - need more time

Didn't get to see it, too tired. Octoberfest was fun

good tour

The guide makes all the difference when visiting historic sights. The mobile devices are a great idea, but if the guide walks fast, we loose connection...and only the part of the group close to him hears it all. I am a little slower, so I missed a lot.

Overall, they were very good and very accommodating to my special needs. it was great to not have to worry about where to eat, etc while on tour. Some items were not to my liking, but there was enough food that i never went hungry. Very nice to have a drink with lunch and dinner

Fantastic driver...not sure how to compliment him enough

Tour was very complete. Inclusions were well thought out & planned

anyone interested in WWII - or history in general - will LOVE this tour. I will warn people of the high amount of walking, but not to let it discourage them

Nicki was extremely helpful with cancelling the first trip and then setting up the second.

Brochures are great and email information,as well.

We were not aware that the trip required so much walking; we would still have taken the trip. We were probably the oldest members of the group.

Problems with the shower setup in Caen.

No complaints--exceptional considering logistics. Loved the Italian restaurant in Wembley.

Fun, attentive, considerate--loved them both! Camille asked Chubba to stay with us until the taxi picked us up to take us to the airport--beyond thoughtful.

Extremely competent.

Just a wonderful trip--also, a lovely group of members of the tour.

We learned more and so more than we had even hoped for.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

The last two days of the tour were changed. Even though we were provided with the tour itinerary in the tour bag we received we did not realize it unitl the end of the tour. I would have liked to know up front the changes that were made to our original itinerary. I understand changes need to be made depending on circumstances but I would like to have had the knowledge ahead of time. I misplaced my itinerary and looked it up on the website but the old itinerary was still there.

I wish we had an hour more to spend there. I feel we were rushed and our time was cut short. We moved too fast (and I move)

We had more time and had time to feel the experience.

Would have liked just a little more time. Even just a half hour.

The guide was informative and compassionate about the history she provided.

The guide was phenomenal and comprehensive.

The food was good in most locations. The meat was inedible during one dinner. It was mostly gristle. Some others at my table experienced the same thing. I do not like mayo, and other condiments and included that on my pre-tour information but I continued to get served with food that contained mayonnaise, mostly salads. When a salad was brought to me without the dressing it was different that what the other participants received. Cassie was very helpful and did what she could to remedy this.

Cassie was amazing in all realms and I consider us spoiled that during our next travel with Procom I want to be on her tour.

The motor coach was comfortable, the temperature was perfect, the ride was smooth. The water provided for us in the vehicle was welcomed. I don't know how Peter can navigate with such a vehicle but he does it with grace, style and safety. He is a gentleman and we were lucky to have him facilitate our travel.

The tour was in depth, we covered so much history and sights that were previously seen in movies and television but Procom's tour and guides brought it alive for us. We seamlessly traveled and lodged and dined in comfort and style at all the locations. We were welcomed at the hotels, dining locations, museums and areas and Cassie facilitated this in silent fanfare. I would recommend the tour because one truly experiences the tour without concerns about all the details. So much was included with was a real plus for my husband and I. This is accomplished with great comfort and style for the tour participants and we all felt like we received individual attention yet Cassie brought us all together as a group from the very first day. It is truly a first class experience.

great service, clean, courteous employees. great food.

Time at this sight was too short, we were only there two hours

all was very knowledgeable of the sights and very easy to ask questions of.

meals were well prepared, always a good verity at each dinning place.

Cassie was super. always kept us informed of each days activity, had time for everyone, made everyone feel a part of the group, was always there for each of us. Enjoyed Cassie so much that if I every go on a another tour I hope she is the tour manger.

coach was first class, driver was very skillful in his driving

Excellence

It was every thing your brochure and Lexington staff said it was. I was not disappointed in any way about the tour only that it had to end.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

I would have liked to to have had a specific itinerary that told us when Octoberfest was included on the tour.

Internet was spotty at the Melba Hotel otherwise I liked all of the hotels

I know this is picky and impossible to plan but I would have liked to see Omaha Beach at low tide. When we got there,it was at high tide and we didn't see any beach. Like I said, I don't expect you to plan trips around tide schedules!

The guides were all excellent. Jean-Luc's accent was a little hard to understand for me

Meals were all very good. Some were better than others but all were good.

Cassie was fantastic. She never got flustered. She was very nice and the tour ran flawlessly.

I would absolutely recommend this tour. The local guides were great. The itinerary was well thought out and the museums chosen were top notch.

Five stars plus

Everything we asked for and more

My biggest and maybe only complaint is that the local tour guides and sometime the Procom did not use the microphone on the bus. Sometimes from about row 6 on the bus and beyond, it was like being on a silent tour

Little interest in the tunnels after the first one

Amazing

The real reason for my tour

A wonderful and passionate docent. She was wonderful

Outstanding guide- really added to the experience

obviously, very sad but made what we have seen on film very real

Did not go on the walking tour

Generally very good-see prior comment. It was obvious to me that some were not used to a larger group. The lady in London, Ruth, had some comments that were not very complimentary to Americans.

Very adequate and for the most part very generous and well done

The tour was much more than I had expected. A very few rough edges but nothing that detracted from the overall experience. Yes, I would highly recommend the tour and, as a matter of fact, already have.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Yes, at the airport in Paris, it was pretty confusing trying to find the bus. You should have a map detailing exactly where the meeting point is to the bus. We had asked several people working at the airport, they all had no clue where anything was. We ran around for about an hour trying to find the bus.

The Novotel was a nice hotel, however, it was too far from the center of Munich. So anyone who wanted to go out exploring had to take a 30 minute cab ride or train. It would have been much nicer to be able to walk every where.

This is a 3 hour tour. We rushed through here is 2 hours. We had several people on the tour who couldn't keep up. We missed half the tour and felt like it was rapid tours. The tour guide spend at least 40 minutes standing and explaining be we entered Dachau, he could of very easily walked a slower pace and explained everything. This would of given us more time to get through everything.

Here we only had 1 hour to see the Eagles nest. Again, this needs to be least 2 hours. I'd go here first, spend 2 hours, then go back to the bottom for lunch and tunnel tour for an hour. Everyone comes to see the Eagles Nest. It would of been nice to even have the lunch at the Eagles Nest.

In Bastonge, everyone complained that they couldn't understand what the tour guide was saying. He was good, but the accent was a bit too heavy.

The meals where good. Never got to try a steak dinner. We at a lot of chicken. I'd recommend mixing up the meals.

Peter did a great job.

I thought the tour was awesome, I loved everything about it. I also learned so much and will definitely go on another tour.

7-day Battle of Britain review

The effort to work with my allergy and disability was greatly appreciated. It showed.

The hotel was very good. Good food, service and rooms. No closed captioning in the rooms which was a bit annoying for me. But this seems to be a national problem and not a specific hotel.

The view is amazing. I loved being able to see France across the channel. Loved climbing to the highest point at the castle. Restaurant location on the beach was perfect too.

Learning how the German enigma machine worked beyond the mechanics of it was a great thing to learn.

Aside from the disappointment of "them" not letting me fly the bi-plane the collection of aircraft was amazing especially the BAC 1-11. I grew up with that aircraft flying around my house. Truly a window rattler!

When you get further down the wall of names and you begin to see the all the crews from various bomb squadrons, you begin to connect the crews to the planes that were flown and didn't make it back.

Huge! I could have used more time to view it in its entirety.

Southwick House was a bit disappointing for me. Despite the info you provided to me prior to the trip, when the tour guide gave a LONG talk which I lost a lot of info. He spoke for nearly 2 hours. I had hoped that we would see more of the house but we seem to be restricted to 3 rooms.

They had some great "stuff" in there but by that time, I was getting a little WWII burn out. For me, this was kind of a repeat. One thing I would have like to have seen is pictures of all the vehicles, tanks etc and where they were parked before D-Day and then drive around into those areas.

Could not really participate with the local guides. Speech reading someone with an accent makes it difficult to impossible to communicate with or follow.

I gained 5 lbs! The only complaint was some kind of "orange soup." I tried to be polite and eat it but after 10 spoonful's, I couldn't do it. Otherwise, your ability to pick restaurants is very good.

He was very good at trying to work with my disability. He texted me when needed and answered my questions without a problem. When I take another tour in the future I hope I get Robert again. Give him a raise!

Your ability to provide a product and service as promised and then compare that to what other guests have stated about your competition. If I thought for a second you were going to leave me hanging, I'd run like hell the other way. Last years tour and this years tour shows me that I can relax, enjoy and not have to worry.

11-day Normandy to the Bulge review

Nikki was great. She answered all my stupid questions and more

I was able to take the info Procom provided and do my own research on each of the sites we vistied

Great food at all three hotels

Fantastic

The tour at the Bastogne barracks was to short. We didn't get to see all of it or the other large warehouse museum. What we did see was awesome.

Fantastic

Both guides were very knowledgeable and made the tours much more interesting.

All of the food was delicious. There was only one meal that I would consider it not as good was the ham and cheese sandwiches, but it was still good just not as good as the other meals.

Cassie did great. She kept us on time and was very very patient with some of the people in our group and all of our repeated questions.

I loved the tour and would like to take another. I have already recommended this tour to my friends and family. I wish the tour of the museum in Luxembourg was longer. There was a lot we didn't get to see because of time constraints.

Great Service. Very nice rooms. Easy access to Tube. Breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs were not applitizing.

A great sense of History

Again, a great sense of history

I did not eat any evening meals. I eat my evening meal between 1600 hrs and 1800 hrs. The tour evening meals started at 1930 hrs. Way, Way too late when the next day breakfast must be eaten by 0815 hrs. I feel this was the only negative about the tour.

Very courteous and friendly. An excellent temperament.

The driver did a great job in London Area traffic.

Outstandinng

Extemely interesting. I would recommend the tour with reservations about walking around in Dover.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

They were very helpful and kept me up to date

The mytrip website was very helpful

I had been told that the hotels were going to be nice, but they exceeded my expectations.

I was a bit disappointed at how the area around the beach had been developed. It was still great to be on the beach

Utah was better conserved than Omaha. It was great

I enjoyed the tour we went on at Juno, the bunkers, and the museum as well as the beach.

That was a great museum! Pretty awesome that they had the actual bridge at the museum, and a replica of a glider, as well as many other cool artifacts. And getting to see the current bridge lowering was a cool bonus.

It was very cool to get to see a lot of those areas. They were untouched, except by nature

Great Museum! It was optional to go to, but very nice. A little complex with the audio devices, but still a well set up museum.

That was awesome! The curator that showed us around blew my mid with how well he was able to explain the movements for ALL military forces for both sides from D-Day on was incredible. Also, I love General Patton, so seeing his burial site was a highlight!

It was interesting to see.

I've always wanted to see Munich. It was a very old city, but with modern infrastructure. Our guide did a great job of leading us around.

That was one of the stops I was most excited to see. The views were breathtaking! Getting to walk around that area was awesome!

All of the guides were great!

I was coming to Europe expecting the food to be different from what I would eat in the U.S. Some of the food was similar, but made differently. But there were some meals that were very different. Food was A+ in my opinion!!

To say the least, Rob was the best! He put in so much effort to make sure that everyone was having a good time, making sure everyone was satisfied, but also was very fun to be around. He was very outgoing, always up for taking pictures and spending time with all members of the group! He was an amazing host. If, or when I should say, I do something like this again down the road, I would want him to be the host again.

The bus was great! Long drives can be tough, but we were going in comfort. It was clean and modern. Our driver was great! Driving a bus would be tough, but he drove very well. I never felt nervous, he followed all regulations for driving in Europe, and he would have fun with us when we sat down to eat. Great guy, great driver!

I loved the tour. It was something I will never forget. I would recommend the tour for many reasons. It is all inclusive, which certainly takes a lot of stress out of traveling, especially if you're going to foreign countries for the first time. Also because of the amazing sites that are seen along the tour, and the experience of getting to know your fellow group members.

All of the hotels were great. The shower was not the greatest at the Melba Hotel.

The girl who talked to us was excellent. Very passionate.

One of the best museums I have ever visited.

Very touching and emotional place to visit.

Very interesting to see where so much history took place.

Beautiful.

Rudy really brought the events & soldiers to life. His presentation at the American Cemetery was very emotional. Henri was fantastic with his knowledge of the battle and what it was like to live in the area. Steve has a fantastic knowledge of history.Loved the side tour

The food was fantastic. I ate too much.

We could not have had a better tour manager. Robert was fantastic and took care of any need or problem that came up. He is a very big asset to your company. Really glad to have met him.

The motor coach was great. Very comfortable. What a fantastic driver we had. He amazed us with the way he could get the bus around. He was always helpful and friendly.

Very happy with everything from before the tour and during the tour.

The tour was better than I expected. Everything was done first class from the local guides, to the food, to the motels. The job done by Robert and our driver was fantastic.

I would have liked more information about the hotels. I would have asked to book an additional room for my son or to upgrade to a larger room.

Truly, my only complaint is I wish the rooms had been larger and the bathrooms bigger.

A wreath laying ceremony was performed with my father in attendance. It was truly a magical moment for my family.

The guides were phenomenal. Better than I had expected!!!!!

The food was mostly delicious, but it would have been nice to have more choices. I chose to skip dinner several times because I needed a break from the group, planned dinners.

Robert was exceptional. I cannot compliment him enough. From my 14 year old son, to my 72 year old father, he made everyone feel special, included and cared for at all times. He was truly wonderful.

I would recommend the tour to everyone interested in a WW2 tour. The tour was above and beyond my expectations. Again, the only thing I would have changed was to upgrade our hotel rooms.

Amazing - all of them.

I especially enjoyed all the e-mail story links.

They were all amazing!

Robert was constantly making sure that each of us was well taken care of, or if there was anything he could do. He has an amazing amount of energy, a great work ethic - always working hard - and made the tour a lot of fun. He would even come to talk to each group of people on the bus to see how we were doing. Even at night, after touring all day, he would hang out with people on the tour. He was amazing!

Driving that big bus through very, very tight spaces - he was incredible! I even took a few pictures out the window of the how close objects were to the side of the bus - I was so amazed! He quite possibly could be one of the best bus drivers in the world!

I have already highly recommended the tour to coworkers and friends. We took awhile to think about whether to sign up or not - it is a lot of money - but totally worth it. We are glad we did!

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

I did not speak to much to your front office. I would of like a little more information prior to departure. Maybe a packing list, I brought a little nicer clothes in case we had a formal dinner night, I know someone in our group forgot to bring sunscreen, someone didn't bring a hat, etc.

A packing list, just a reminder would be great. Also, alot of people did not have Euros, might want to add a recommendation to bring some Euros.

The Hotels were amazing! They all were accommodating, and had great Bars. The breakfasts were good, and the mini bars stocked!

Not sure if its possible, but the tour of Munich was amazing, but as it fell on a Sunday all the shops were closed. Would of been nice to be able to do a little shopping in Munich.

Your Guides were Perfect, Amazing, and made the trip! There stories brought everything together. If I was to just go to many of these sites, there is no way I would ever find the sites, nor the monuments we were taken to.

The meals were amazing! The time in between meals was perfect. No complaints!

Rob was amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed, and took care of us. He made sure everyone was on time, made sure we were having a great time, and his ability to translate to make sure we got what we needed was perfect. ROB MADE MY TRIP!

PERFECT!!!!

It was the trip of a life time. I would not have changed a thing.

17-day CERT+Poland Tour review

Cassie kept in contact with me for over a year while I decided on my tour and she helped me to find a roommate for the trip.

The MyTrip link was excellent and very helpful. The team was also very responsive to questions.

We were given information on the tipping but I was not sure if this included the daily tour guides at museums and other sites and was not sure if we should be tipping these guides or not.

All of the hotels were very nice and comfortable. The food at the hotels restaurants was very good as well.

10-day War in Poland review

Always easy.

Very helpful and thorough list.

All nice, clean places with good service and good food. The Novotels were in great locations for getting around the cities.

Much more to see in Warsaw than I had expected!

This was the second time I had a tour by Marta. She is very good. I found all the guides to be very knowledgeable and they welcomed questions.

Every meal was delicious and I enjoyed ordering off the menu so I could try many Polish foods.

This was my 4th Procom trip and I continue to be a very happy customer!

I was very interesting in learning about WWII in a context that was not related to Allied troop events. The Polish experience was unique and I have really increased my knowledge after this trip. I would recommend this tour to other people because the average person knows very little about the history of Poland.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Everyone was extremely helpful and fun to work with. I took my grandson with me on the tour, and it was a surprise for Christmas last year. Your staff helped me get that done, and sent a beautiful Gift Certificate to give to him at Christmas. The look on his face was priceless when he saw where he was going!! Well done! Any questions I had, they were always right there to answer. I loved the list of books to read before the tour. My grandson and I traded books and read as many as possible. All the lists of things to do ahead of time were wonderful. You have put a lot of thought into what will make a wonderful experience on your tour.

Answered this on the previous question. Incredible job!!

Francois was a wonderful guide!

I can't believe that Henri Mignon was our guide for 2 days! What a wonderful wealth of information and a passion to share it with others. He is a jewel. You are fortunate to have some of his experiences during the Battle of the Bulge on video tape. Good Work!

There is never enough time to see everything. This museum was excellent.

Robert made this visit so very special with our Wreath Laying ceremony. What a way to honor our 5 Viet Nam era vets and to remind us what the price of freedom really is. Scott was absolutely incredible as a guide and gave the best description of the D Day landings and the Battle of the Bulge while we looked at the hugh maps in the cemetery. Very impressive!

The 5 stars is not for what Dachau was, but for our tour there and Steve, our guide. Even the rain seemed to mirror the atmosphere of the place. Truely, we must Never Forget!

The tour was good, and Steve's knowledge was amazing. I think I was just too tired at this point for such a long walk.

I'm terrified of heights, but it was worth it to go there!!

Robert was an excellent tour manager. He took care of all our needs. His attention to detail was brilliant! We all had such fun with him. I would love to travel with him again. What a blessing!

Peter was just wonderful in taking good care of us, even though we didn't speak the same language. What a great driver!!

Best tour ever!!

This tour went above and beyond my expectations. The attention to detail, from the accommodations and food, to the places we visited, was magnificent. You brought back to life Easy Company and the history of World War II. Superb!!!!!

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Nikki was great

Museums, beach, guided tours (especially the canadian tour guide (Mathew), all were spectacular

Tour guide was very good

Henri was awesome - keep him as long as possible!

The guide at this place was phenomenal - I wish I could have recorded his fast-paced summary in front of the maps!

Wow - I was overcome with emotion - awe at the sight of so many atrocities and disbelief that it happened.

Guided tour was very good.

This was incredible - icing on the cake!

They were all great. The tour would have been good without them but they each added their own touch to make them great!

Good food, lots of choices except for the sit-downs, but that was expected, and the beer was exceptional.

Robert was the best! He had a great handle on what was needed to keep everyone happy and he was also more than willing to join in with this group of fun-loving tourists. I would recommend him to anyone for one of your tours. Keep this guy!

Coach was always clean, always the right temp and always on time. Peter was an excellent driver.

The tour was great. I was intrigued by the itinerary, kept informed by Nikki and the website/emails and then when it came time for the trip, Robert and the rest of the guides blew us away. Two weeks is a long trip and it seemed to go by in a flash because of the way it was set up and the wonderful people that were guiding us. Good job all the way around.

All the hotels were clean and well managed

Absolutely an incredible part of the tour

Dark but an important part of the tour

Beautiful natural scenery

All were excellent historians and guided Henri was probably my favorite to to his personal experience

This wasn't a foodie tour so I wasn't expecting a lot. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Roberts suggestions. Roadside stops for food were a logistical requirement with that amount of travel.

Robert has an excellent set of people skills including a great sense of houmor. He went well out his way to add value to the trip and make everyone feel welcome. I would definitely recommend him and travel with him again.

Peter a great driver, no complaints at all. Wifi could be spotty at times but that's to be expected.

An excellent and informative tour. I really feel I and my son learned a lot beyond the standard information available. The local resources provided excellent value in my opinion and were well worth it.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

I would have liked to ow that the day tours were all day without returning to our hotel prior to dinner. I know the daily tour stated it once we were in Europe.

The Mercure needs to replace the hair dryers in the rooms.

Francoiswas excellent

Henri was fantastic!

Very impressive

Presentation was very educational. My husband enjoyed being signaled out to lay the wreath at the chapel along with other veterans.

All the guides were excellent and well informed.

Most of the meals were tasty and well prepared. We did order oysters when we wanted to have them. The hamburger in Bastoigne could have been something else and the beef stew at lunch in Normandy wasn't very good. All of the settings were comfortable and the staff was accommodating.

Robert is wonderful. He has the ability to" bond" with each person. Our 15 year old grandson had music in common with him; our son, cars. I heard him converse with everyone. He also was very attentive to the few of us who were a little older and slower. He was adaptable and yet, kept us on schedule. We were a very harmonious group. I don't think you will receive any complaints.

Very confortable and Peter was a great driver. It was good to have cold water available on the coach.because I get motion sick, I sat. Right behind Peter the entire trip. I was very impressed by his ability and professionalism

Yes, I would recommend the tour. In fact, I already have. As you may have guessed, this is not my 15 year old grandson, Pierson. This is Linda Marshall. Niki did have my site uploaded again, but my password would not work; so I decided to use Pierson's. He had a good trip, loved the pastries and Bastoigne especially, but I know he won't answer this inquiry.

While we knew the tour involved a moderate activity level, we had not realized there would be so much walking and standing.

we might have been getting tired but it felt like we spent too much time here

All the guides were simply excellent.

Most were great, some were okay.

Robert was an excellent tour manager.

Peter did an amazing job driving, especially in some tight places.

We were very pleased with the tour. The varied types of information were wonderful (examples: battles, history, tanks, people).

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Excellent help!

Superior.

Showers in Normandy and Bastogne left a bit to be desired. Otherwise the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Very comprehensive and allot of inside info that I like, especially from the local guides.

The first night was a real disappointing way to start, cold cuts and salads that were hard to ID. I was probably the most vocal, I think the food could have been far better, especially when on the road. The truck/rest steps were not very good at all. I think more effort needs to go into having better food every day. Give people more choices. Often the main course was not very appealing.

Robert was first class all the way.

Peter was not to involved due to the language barrier, but he was very helpful in loading and unloading of bags and handled that bus like a Ferrari.

Excellent all around with the exception of the food, but enough not to rate it excellent and encourage others to use BBOB.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

The accommodations were great - We were very comfortable!!

A special THANK YOU to Robert for the flower arrangements - it meant so very much to us!

Excellent guides!!! What depth of knowledge and information and so open to questions. Henri's personal story touched us very much - it was good to hear the military history and then his personal experiences - most of us have never had to find a way to build a life after circumstances like those he and so many others experienced.

Our meals were just fine....several of them were excellent and only a couple on the mediocre side (truck stop lunch x2.) We know it is hard to get 24 people into a restaurant during summer peak visitation season, so, no complaints and Robert really worked with them to make sure everyone got something they were happy with....We did love the breakfasts at the hotels....they were all very well done!!! LOVED having a choice for meals and really loved choices of beer and wine!!!

Robert did an excellent job!! He is fun, knowledgeable, full of energy and we really enjoyed all the little touches that he included - Jagermeister toasts in the parking lot were such fun and made us all laugh!!! His thoughtful purchase and inclusion of flower arrangements for the Cemetery demonstrate how seriously and respectfully he approaches his tasks and how kind he was to our group and the memories of our loved ones. We were very impressed with Robert!

Peter was the best.....we were astonished at his skill in moving that bus into and out of the tightest of spots!! We never felt uncomfortable or stressed. And, he was so nice to all of us!

We are very glad that we did this tour. It is emotionally difficult and very meaningful. It is an excellent reminder of why we have to guard against extremism of any kind. We felt that we were able to honor our fathers contributions to our country.

Answered chat instantaneously; Very knowledgeable and helpful; answered every question I had.

Excellent syllabus of tour.

Melba did not have air conditioning (which we knew ahead of time), so room was uncomfortable. Very clean and great desk and restaurant service...only complaint is no A/C.

Local guide was excellent.

Outstanding guide

Henri was an excellent guide

Outstanding presentation by Scott, the Cemetery Superintendent, tying the battle actions together very well.

Steve is very knowledgeable

Steve's narrative dispelled several incorrect myths about Hitler's home and the Eagles Nest.

Steve walked briskly and often did not allow the group to reassemble before describing the sight.

Great variety, good portion sizes and very nice restaurants. Would have preferred a meal served to the individuals on the final night rather than the buffet.

As every review of your tours, Peter is a magician with the coach!

Itinerary, it is all inclusive, wonderful organization, local guides were excellent

We are were quite used to the shower configurations in the hotels at Normandy and Belgium. The fitness center in the Normandy hotel was sub-par. The Munich hotel was very nice except that the location was not great (however I understand that for ease of road access it was desirable).

I would have like to explore the beach below the American cemetery. Felt a bit rushed.

interesting. very informative.

I did not feel the same attachment to the Sword and Juno beaches. I would have preferred to spend mote time around Omaha beach.

All hotels where GREAT and also any dealing that I had with hotel staff was outstanding! 5Star

Great tour guide

Was unbelievable having a locate tour guide that was a young boy during the war. So much personal insight as to what happen during the war and also the conditions that he and his family had to endure during this time.

Great tour guide

All guides where Great, but there was no comparison to the insight that Henri was able to tell us about growing up during this time and what he and his family had to go through.

All meals where outstanding and there was no reason for anyone to go hungry, great meals.

Ms. Naray was outstanding AAA+, she was the best tour guide I had every had before on a trip.

Our bus driver "Charlie" was the BEST, he was able to drive that bus anywhere!! Was always concerned about his passengers well being and was a great guy all way around.

Great

Was a GREAT tour, First Class operation!! Have all ready recommended this tour company & tour to some friends. The whole experience was Great, from sending the first email on getting info about the Normandy/D Day tour, using the on line tour updates/information tool and the OUTSTANDING Tour Guide (Camille) and our bus driver (Charlie). Will look forward to using this company again on my next military tour.

11-day Normandy to the Bulge review

Best Western Hotel Moderne, Caen: Overall, it was a nice hotel, though they had furniture on some of the floors that looked like it was pulled from the rubbish bin. The staff was exceptionally nice though. Melba Hotel, Bastogne: I know that as spoiled Americans we shouldn't always expect air conditioning, but when it's hot in Europe and the hotel doesn't have AC, it makes for a sleepless night. (I avoided this though buy buying a fan to help me keep cool at night.) The really dark hallways are pretty creepy too. Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Airport: The nicest hotel I've ever stayed at on a Procom tour.

The highlight was the Overlord Museum, which was just amazing.

Utah Beach Museum is awesome; could have used more time at it. I also really liked the new exhibits at Dead Man's Corner Museum.

We had a great tour at Juno Beach that was given by a young Canadian.

Great tour guide at the Pegasus Bridge Memorial. On my first Band of Brother's tour, we didn't have time to see this museum, so I'm glad that I did on this tour.

I don't believe that Mont Saint-Michel deserved to have so much time devoted to it, especially as it was not consistent with the theme of the tour. The Bastogne War Museum was absolutely amazing. The tour of the Falaise Gap hit a level of tactical detail that was a bit lost on me.

Henry is a fantastic tour guide.

The director of the cemetery in Luxembourg gave the best overview of the war in Europe from D-Day on to Market Garden that I've ever heard in my life. He was amazing.

The quality of the tour guides was exceptional, as always. They really make the tour.

As much as I appreciate how quick the meals were, to only have one option in some locations was painful and difficult to accept. While I freely admit I was the most finicky eater on the tour, I would think that at least at dinner (when there's less of a time crunch), there should always be two options.

Overall, I think that Rudy did a great job managing the tour, and helped to make me happy on those occasions when I had special requests (especially at meal times.) There was one person in our group that was pressing him on some unreasonable demands, which I think he handled well. (This gentleman thought we were going to too many museums and not given enough explanation as to the causes of the war or battlefield detail, which I didn't agree with him on.)

The only complaint I have of the tour from a content perspective was that for two days, I feel like it went off its main theme and became rather dull. These two days included Mont Saint-Michel and William the Conquerer's Castle. When followed by a long travel day from Normandy to Belgium, there was a long stretch 3-day stretch of the tour where I was rather unhappy. It quickly got back on track when we go to Belgium though. As for the food, I strongly feel that there should be two options at every meal. These things aside, I would recommend the tour, as the WWII related sites and museums we went to, as well as the tour guides, we're outstanding.

the amount of walking was not made clear and this trip was clearly not for those with limitations in walking long distances

More time was necessary at the Utah Beach Museum than was provided

Best museum docent!

Best museum!

Too many stops and getting on and off bus Too much time allocated for this--too much stopping and getting off

Very satisfied with all guides

Meals too large and heavy, not enough "casual lunches", choices limited, not enough healthy choices

Very organized and calm tour manager; very personable; good communication skills

Skilled driver--always felt safe and confident in his abilities navigating the narrow country roads

Very worthwhile, went way beyond the Band of Brothers experiences which was a surprise, but appreciated. Perhaps a little pricey for what we got. Would recommend.

Very satisfied.

What can I say? This was my second tour with Procom and I will return. I have already recommended you to friends looking to do a WWII tour. Charlie and Rudy were very friendly and knowledgeable and were very caring and helpful when my mom fell and was hospitalized. They went above and beyond, as did Peter. Thank you!

11-day Third Reich review

Hotels were nice. the free internet was VERY slow in all of them. The hotel in Munich was a long way from downtown.

Best local guide of the entire trip!

Impressive place. The tour guide asked questions as if we were a grade school group.

A little longer than necessary

Boat ride of harbor would have been better with an audio guide so we could learn in English.

Great coach -

Tour was well done. Ran smoothly. Strong guides. Would have liked a little more unscheduled time but I imagine each person wants something a little different

11-day Normandy to the Bulge review

Appropriate/recommendations for clothing for the tour

Francois was a superb local guide who truly enhanced the experience.

Henri, like Francois in Normandy, was a superb local guide.

Scott's lecture/presentation was outstanding.

The local guides were generally outstanding and added to an excellent overall experience.

Robert Heinrich was an excellent tour manager and added to a great experience. I would seriously consider going on another tour if Robert was the tour guide. His leadership truly enhanced the tour.

Mr. D has to be one of the best bus drivers I have ever ridden with.

The tour was better than I anticipated. The tour was especially enhanced by the local guides (Francois, Henri, and Scott) and by Robert Heinrich's leadership. I look forward to taking another tour with Procom.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

They were always available and helpful.

I thought there should have been more specific information available in advance without having to ask for it!

Hotel info, information about destinations, etc

The Munich hotel was too sterile and modern. But it was convenient to the airport. It's food was very boring and bland.

The guides were all so knowledgeable and outstanding. Robert in Munich was such a character and so much fun. Our two grandsons really enjoyed him. But they were all very professional and wonderful.

Somewhat boring. Our best meal was in Berchtesgaden. We asked for sausages and kraut. So yummy. Too much American cuisine. Not enough local.

Camille was wonderful. She managed to make us all feel so welcome and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us. She made our trip very special.

Charlie was awesome. The bus was very nice but the seats were not very comfortable.

Very responsive.

Great tour. We had a wonderful time, as did our grandsons. They enjoyed it all the only negative was the two long bus days right at the end of the tour. That sitting added to the long flight home was not particularly good. We were totally exhausted. I think one less day in Normandy and one more day in Munich would be better. Too much bus time crammed into the end of the trip. One full day in Munich would have been really nice.

Maritim proArte Hotel Berlin was excellent because of it's location and it's amenities.

Robert, by far was the most fascinating and knowledgeable tour guide.

The meals were excellent. The buffet breakfasts were wonderful. It would be nice if there were more buffet meals or meals with more choices.

The motor coach was very comfortable. The drivers were very courteous and skillful in their driving. Thank you for keeping the bottles of water in the cooler!

11-day Third Reich review

Very very satisfied. The help was excellent

both amount and quality were very good

Novotel was a distance outside of the center city, but the U Bahn worked well. All hotels were very good and better than I had experienced with other tours.

Excellent - outstanding local tour guide

location was interesting. The local tour person was poor and should not be used again. All of the other local tour people were very good to excellent. The Nuremberg local was not of the same caliber as the others.

Due to the drive, we had limited time at the museum. This was a key site on the tour and the drive could have been started earlier to allow more time at the museum. Local tour person was very good, but had only about one hour

good overview of city and port area. More of a general tour of city. Other than flak tower, not a lot of W W 2 things to see. Maritime Museum was excellent

Excellent - local tour person was very good

Very good. Important location to see for those interested in the surrender and related things

Sites were very good. Local tour director was OK, but not great.

Very good. Check Point Charlie Museum was excellent and we had enough time to view it well.

Robert Johnson was the very best and you should always retain him if he is available. Jason was the worst and should not be used again.

EXTREMELY satisfied! During the inital planning stages of this trip, ANY TIME I had a question they answered it immediately. I was particulalry impressed by how they addressed the recent terrorist attacks in the countries we would visit. They didn't sugar coat anything, but addressed the situation on an adult levl.

While warned by the tour managers that these hotels "might not" be up to "American standards," I found all of them clean, efficent and hospitable beyond a fault. I would stay at ANY of these hotels when I visit the area again.

11-day Normandy to the Bulge review

The staff at the Mercure Omaha Beach were NOT helpful or accommodating. As one example, I had a bunch of 10 and 20 cent (Euro) coins which I wanted to convert into a full Euro coin or two. The first time I asked at the front desk they refused. More helpful person was on duty the next morning who did so.

All of the guides were spectacular!

Most of the meals were good but not great, as I expected them to be. A few of the meals were poor; those were usually the ones in the truck stops. Generally the meals were too "Americanized". Tour passengers who had never been out of the USA probably liked them; I prefer that when I go to France I eat French food, etc.

I was disappointed with your drink policy, which is one (small) drink per lunch and dinner. After a few days it became an irritant. A tour of this caliber and price can afford more than one drink per meal; other tours offer two drinks or unlimited drinks. I doubt that many of the participants would have had more than one anyway, but I would have had two. I believe this relatively inexpensive issue (and the food quality) detracts from the overall positive feeling about the tour.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Mary did a really nice job taking care of the vets on our tour. She was fun to talk to and I really liked her sense of humor. Reservations at hotels, museums and restaurants would have been a huge hassle but Mary made it so that we never had to do anything but show up. She was very efficient.

I think the actual itinerary could have been provided a little sooner.

I would have liked to see more non-military tourist type information. It felt a couple of times like everything was focused on military topics and we missed some other interesting information.

All three facilities were very nice. The Munchen Ost was a little corporate for my taste-it felt like it was more for business travelers than tourists.

Omaha Beach surprised me a bit-I was surprised that there was no more activity than was noted.

really good. The museum there was first-rate.

The Juno Center had the best movie about the invasion I have ever seen.

I could have done without this stop and instead spent the afternoon in town.

I would have appreciated a little more time here-there didn't seem to be enough time to walk around and absorb things.

Another really good museum.

Great tour guide, but quite intense.

Easily the darkest part of the tour. Steve the tour guide through the camp was really great.

Again, a little more time here would have been nice. I felt a little herded that day.

Truly beautiful scenery-

All three of th3ese gents were simply excellent. No offense to Mary but I think these guys provided a depth of detail that we wouldn't have otherwise received.

The food was great everywhere. I really appreciated the effort to provide local flavor rather than processed food in a different location. Both meals on the road at the truck stop-type places were VERY rushed- this made those meals less enjoyable.

Mary is obviously a well-educated person and from a historical perspective she could not have been better. I don't think being a hostess is Mary's strong suit-she was very efficient and professional but wasn't hugely friendly. She didn't seem interested in the passengers very much. She was very focused on time, and a couple of times this focus deterred from the event at hand for me.

charley was a MASTER at moving that coach through areas that I wouldn't have navigated on a bicycle. He never failed to be exactly where he was supposed to be and exactly on time or early. Really good at what he does. I still think he could've kicked the guys ass in Munich.

Overall a very good tour-it was my fist and I was very impressed with the efficiency with which things were carried out. reservations and pre-trip preparation were smooth, and the information on the website was accurate and helpful.

The tour contained all of the things I went to Europe to see. It was a lifetime trip for me and I'm glad I took it with Procom. If I could change anything it would be some aspects of timing. It seemed like we were always "on the clock" and there were a couple of times when I would have appreciated more time to read things and absorb facts. More time to relax a bit would have been great. Overall, though, I would definitely recommend this to first-time overseas travelers- Mary took care of every little detail of the trip-we had to do nothing but see history.

17-day CERT+Poland Tour review

How about 6 stars?!?

I was well prepared. No surprises.

Sure wish I'd had some bug spray for the tour of the Wolf's Lair.

Clean, comfortable accommodations throughout the tour.

Took this tour in September 2015

The Wolf's Lair tour was interesting, but not much to see. And the mosquitos and flies were relentless.

Excellent!!

Both drivers did a great job. Very safety conscious.

Very accommodating from beginning to end.

Beautiful sites. Loved Budapest! The whole holocaust experience was heartbreaking but I'm very thankful that I now better understand what took place during that time.

Took alittle too long to go through, listening to the stories by headset.

Luxembourg guide was OK, the city was loud and busy. He was difficult to hear. The rest were superb.

Good choices for all meals - i liked having choices, since I am not a fish eater, so the chicken option was appreciated.

Robert did a great job! He was very pleasant and did his job with a good attitude the entire trip. Well planned and explained himself, and our excursions, very well. I would take another trip with him as our leader.

Mr. D was the best driver I've ever been with!

Great trip and best tour! Only recommendation I could make would be to maybe have an alternative day or two for travelers that need some downtime. A lot was packed into each day. I'd recommend your tour because of your expert guides and well-planned itinerary.

Good food and lots of it!

Mr. D is a highly skilled driver.

Just great! Thank you for a memorable trip with few problems.

Wonderful tour and I would highly recommend it. The only suggestion is to have a copy of Scott's briefing and present it to the group when they first begin to give and overall view of the war. Some of the group could have benefited from that at first.

11-day Normandy to the Bulge review

A map similar to the one Henri gave us for the Battle of the Bulge would have been most helpful for Normandy. Following French highway routes on the map we received was very difficult.

All provided superior service and generally good facilities. However the duvets provided were completely unsatisfactory. The user was faced with attempting to sleep either hot or cold, depending upon whether he chose to be covered or uncovered. The shower arrangements in the Hotel Mercure Omaha Beach were also unsatisfactory, in that is was very difficult to avoid flooding the bathroom floor.

The Luxembourg guide walked off by himself a couple of times, not assuring that the tour group was with him. He also was unfamiliar with the festival arrangements being set up and wasted time working around them.

Excellent

My suitcase was inadvertently left behind when we travelled from Bayeux to Bastogne. Robert went far beyond the call of duty in mitigating the problems that resulted. And he has continued to follow up by monitoring the shipment of the suitcase to my home. I could not have asked for better service in an awkward situation.

I took the tour as a follow-up to an earlier Beyond Band of Brothers tour from Normandy to Berchtesgaden. This tour exactly met my requirements in filling in the blanks and refreshing my memory. It was all I expected and hoped for.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Francois Gauthron was a great guide showing us the area.

I would have liked just a little more time here.

I would have enjoyed more time with being show around by Stephen Whitehorn. Great guide of the local area.

All of the local guides were excellent. They were able to provide you with insight that you cannot get without the knowledge they have. The witness account from Henri was great to hear and learn from. Francois did a great job showing us and pointing things out to us as we were going around the area. Steve was excellent. I wish we would of had another day with Steve. Great person to have showing you around town and pointing things out to you as you look around.

To have a lighter option would be nice for lunch or dinner. The food was good just about everywhere.

Mary is excellent. She did a great job managing a lot of different personalities, and made sure we all got to where we needed to be.

Charlie is a great driver, and does amazing things with the motor coach.

The entire staff with Procom were all very nice to work with.

The tour was great. It got you to a lot of places to see things. I would of enjoyed a little more time at some of the stops we were at, bu on an anniversary tour, time can be very limited due to the amount of traffic in the area. I would recommend Procom for anyone looking to visit these places, but unsure how to get to all of them. Procom really makes it easy to enjoy being on a guided tour.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

We were told Christophe was not one of the regular guides that you use and it was the first time he was on one of your tours. He was excellent and should be in the guide rotation for your company! One of the best guided tour I've ever been on. Henri was also excellent and the first hand accounts of his experiences during the war were great. Jean-Luc had a lot of great information. Steve was great and showed us a lot of out of the way sights during the Munich walk.

The food was plentiful and very good during the whole tour. The only change I would like to see is there were some times when we only had one option for a meal. I think there should be at least two options on those nights.

Camille had a great personality and did a great job as our tour manager. She was always friendly and the communication with our group was excellent. We were always on schedule and we had a fantastic time!

Would have liked to have some kind of usb charging capability on the van for our phones and ipads during the long rides on the travel days.

I was very impressed by the tour. The guides, tour sights and information given was excellent. The hotels and restaurants were also very good. For all the comments I stated I would not hesitate to recommend your tours to anyone!

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Christof (our tour guide) was FANTASTIC!

Very nice. Glad we had time to visit the Nazi Command Post!!!!!!

Henry (our tour guide) was FANTASTIC! It was really good to hear a first hand accounting of what happened there and in the surrounding areas. The following day we had a different tour guide. He was very informative as well but not as engaging.

Needed more time at this museum. It was amazing!

Our tour guide was very nice and informative.

Our tour guide gave an EXCELLENT accounting of what happened.

Wish we could have spent 1 hour of free time exploring the town of Berchtesgaden even if it meant starting the tour an hour earlier.

The bunkers were amazing. Camille did a wonderful job explaining the background of the hotel/bunker and Hitler's home that was destroyed.

The food itself was wonderful however it would be nice to have a choice between two options for lunches and especially, dinners.

Camille and the tour guides truly made this trip one to remember. Camille was warm, friendly, professional, accommodating and efficient! She kept us on schedule so that we wouldn't miss out on anything. We simply loved her!

We can't stop talking to friends and family about how amazing this trip was from start to finish. We were very impressed with everything your company and staff provided. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Would have liked a portfolio of pictures that the tour guide had - they each had a book with paraphernalia of almost each area visited and guided by them, but the book they held for people to see was to small to see, and therefore did not get the full appreciation of the sites visited.

Would have liked to be able to pick my own meal, and to have more than one drink - really for the price of this tour there could have been an extra drink. What is it about drinks that hold them at such a premium - Offer 2 drinks please!

Would have liked to have access to an electric outlet and a USB outlet for all equipment. Also would have liked wider and much more comfortable seats. Also there should have been at least one more video monitor, this bus had only two - and there should have been 3. Sturdier trays, such as to write in journal or postcards, or to lean on. Bigger cup holders, and an ICE MACHINE!!!!

The novelty of the tour is a good impression to begin with. There should have been portfolios for each person for each area visited - this would have pictures, and information on the sites, and museums. The tour guides were terrific! I would recommend the tour because of the quality of the tour overall. But please offer 2 drinks!!! Warn the hotels that Americans LIKE ICE!!!! They should have a concession for these tours - they're mostly, if not all Americans, 99% of the time. If you can warn the hotels about how many people, rooms were needed, then you can alert them to the ice problem. Duly noted that they don't use much, if any ice, but we do!! Cut out the cheapness of the one drink, make it 2!!! There should be a special "gift" at each hotel for - doesn't matter what, but a small gift, like toy tanks (because of the theme of the tour) - gifts that pertain to the theme of the tours. Some thought should go into this aspect, it would really, really be a real winner!! Also would have like to buy t-shirts, pens, bags etc. with the tour logo. More could have been offered on the bus tours as far as snacks and drinks - again the cheapness of non-existent snacks and variety of drinks (this only had water, and did not know for a few days that there was something offered)

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Both of the consultants we spoke were very eager to assist us and answer questions. In particular, we had security concerns after the Paris attacks. Verbal information, followed up with an email containing a travel security report helped resolve concerns my wife had.

The detailed itinerary, along with our personal trip guide were very useful in preparing us for our trip.

The Hotel Mercure Omaha Beach was clean and quiet, with helpful staff. The grounds/golf course were very pleasant for relaxing. It was very isolated from any traffic and was amazingly free of any outside noise! We would have liked to spend a few days there just enjoying the facility and it's grounds! The Best Western Melba was also clean and quiet. The shower was troublesome in that it wasn't fully enclosed, the 3 glass sections weren't enough to close off the tub while showering. This allowed water to spray all over the floor, requiring a wipe up after the shower was completed. The Hotel Golden Tulip appeared newer, it was clean and well appointed. At risk of appearing fixated on the showers, it was very unusual for the shower stall to have a mostly clear, full length glass window facing the main room. I've never seen anything like that before, though it didn't bother me much, my wife wasn't very comfortable with it and showered in the dark!

Many things to see, and it was a priority stop for me.

Another priority stop for me.

I enjoyed the tour guide's information and delivery. Interesting things to see that I didn't expect.

Interesting guide, and having the original bridge on site, along with the museum grounds made for a very good experience.

By far the most compelling of all the battlefield sites in my mind. The remaining original foxholes and largely unchanged woods created an almost spiritual experience with those men who fought and field there. A sentiment I heard other guests describe.

A newer, more interactive facility. I would have liked some more time here!

Beautiful cemetery, the grounds are beautiful.

The time spent here was just right, and interesting points were made by the guide.

We got to see all the sights I wanted to see, the main points that gave rise to Nazism were explained wee

Very interesting place. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate!

Sometimes there was little or no choice for meals. A wider selection of items is on my short list of things that need improvement.

Rudy did a great job of organizing our group and keeping us on time. He has a good sense of humor and got along well with everyone. My sense was that he really cared about everyone's experience

A very nice coach, and Peter was an amazingly skillful driver handling that large bus in tight corners and heavy traffic,

Very good itinerary, with excellent local guides. All inclusive pricing, breakfast, lunch and dinner

For our tour probably should have suggested light gloves and heavier jacket. Walking was not moderate

No US TV channels

Great museum

Too much time spent at Dachau and surrounds

Much more knowledgeable than I expected. Showed immense local experience.

Too much food. I gained two pounds and still walked seven miles a day.

The bus is OK for the short trips but can be less than comfortable on the long rides

Way beyond my expectations. Wonderful experience!!!

Outstanding. I would and already have recommended the tour.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Both on the phone and via e-mail, the consultants responded quickly.

The "My Trip" provided just about everything I needed to plan my trip. It provided a great check list to keep me current on things I needed to do. (Passport, airline reservations, etc...)

All of the hotels were very suitable, clean, and well maintained, and good neighborhoods.

Omaha Beach was interesting. Just knowing what had happened 71 years earlier. The craters that were still there, the German bunkers that survive the war, the way the people in the area show their gratefulness to Americans. The Normandy American Cemetery, a few hundred meters from the beach was beyond words. Seeing the graves of so many Americans that lived their last day at that beach. As a veteran I had the honor of saluting a veteran of that war, near the beach where he entered France on 6 June 44.

Arromanches was a wonderful town. The free time provided for us wander around was nice. The museum was top notch like all the others we had seen or would see during the rest of the trip.

Seeing the Pegasus Bridge made history come alive. The museum had a lot of great exhibits. What a thrill to be able to walk across that piece of history

Cross roads is nothing but a simple monument but having a guide to point out exactly what happened and show us where those thing happened made it seem more like real, rather than something we had just seen in a movie.

The National Liberation Museum, Holland was not the best museum on the tour but the tour guides made up for the lack of displays. They pointed out so many thing that you would never know about without them. As we were near the end of the tour we heard from a witness of the war. She told about having a war in her own backyard. she told about loosing her home, living for a year with another family, eating in shifts because they didn't have enough dinnerware to all eat at one time. It's not the kind of stories you hear everyday.

The Bastogne Battlefield tour, like many places along the entire tour, was a place that came alive for me. By itself, it was a forest with fox holes. With the guide we had, it was so much more.

The Bastogne War Museum was one of the best museums along the tour. It had 4 theaters in it as you pass through it. At one point, you step outside for a view of the Mardasson Memorial

The Luxemburg American Cemetery is the burial sight of Gen. George Paton. This American Cemetery is inspiring, as are all American war cemeteries.

The tour of Dachau Concentration Camp was much more than I expected.

Munich sites were very informative. The guide pointed out so many things just while we were walking through town going from one place to another.

The Eagles Nest itself was OK but the history around it made it quite interesting. The Dokumentation Obersalzberg where our trip started was equally interesting. We also visited the site of Hitlers home at Salzberg.

The guides we had were wonderful. Without them we would have looked, maybe read a small description, and moved on. The guides told us so much that we would never have known otherwise. It was pretty hard to stump them if you had a question.

The meals were all American style. They were good and the servings were good sized. I still would have liked free refills on drinks but I wasn't in America.

Andrea, our tour manager was great. Very knowledgeable, polite, and organized. She had her hands full with out group but she managed. If any of us had a problem, she managed it and got it resolved.

If I had to complain about the motor coach it would be the lack of Wifi. Not a big deal. I typed stuff on a laptop and if I needed to upload them or send some pictures, I sent them when we returned to the hotel. Not a big deal. No one else really complained about it. The bus was clean and comfortable.

The entire process of booking the tour, to the arrival back at home, was great. You ask why I would recommend the tour. You should ask why I have recommended the tour. I tell people it wasn't what it was advertised, IT WAS MORE. The museums, historic sites, guides and witnesses, food, hotels, transportation, and all the other people on the tour. It was all great. The time spent touring sites made for a full day. Very little wasted time during the day.

8-day Battle of the Bulge review

Too much time is spent dealing with food. Why can't lunch be sack lunches, eaten on the bus, while traveling between point A and B?

Too much "butt" time! Too much time, ordering your meal and consuming your meal. That time could & should be cut in half - leaving more time for touring. Why is the evening meal at 7:30/8:00pm.? Then it's 45 minutes or so before any food is actually in front of you. I ended up climbing into bed on a full stomach, trying to fall asleep.

8-day Battle of the Bulge review

This was a fantastic museum!

I enjoyed reading the pictures on the walls.

It was an honor to place the wreath on General Patton's grave.

It's unbelievable the foxholes are still there after 71 years.

Enjoyed the guided tour throughout Luxembourg and loved the Christmas market!

Malmedy was a sad place to visit, but this is history. I loved the drive to Stavelot.

Interesting, but not top priority on my list.

My husband and I appreciated the individual concern and help we received from Mary and Robert. They are great guides.

Henri and Scott, especially, were well-versed in their historical knowledge. They were very interesting to listen to.

Meals were very good, but a little too much for me to eat. I would suggest having a lighter meal at lunchtime.

Jonas is an excellent bus driver. I felt very safe when we travelled throughout Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany. The coach was very comfortable.

The tour was well-organized. I would recommend the tour due to the wealth of knowledge the tour guides exhibit.

8-day Battle of the Bulge review

Very easy process throughout.

Medals Meal format changed from last year. I could not get into My Trip, so I do not know if it contained anything about it.

Bastogne Hotel was very nice. People were very friendly and helpful. The Frankfurt Hotel was nice but I did not have the same interaction with staff.

Reenactment was okay, but no tanks, half tracks etc. I have been to many and it makes it a great experience.

It was Okay, but a long ways to drive to it and back after. The tour guide was very nice and knowledgable.

Both were very good and I enjoyed them. Mary has aligned more knowledge and experience than Robert. This was his first time in the field. He will only get better with more under his belt.

All very good and knowing of what they spoke. Scott at the cemetary was by far the best I have ever experienced.

As stated before the format for meals changed since last year. Most meals had cheese in them which I do not eat. After the first few days I was able to get something minus the cheese.

He was very good and personable. He did an excellent job getting us to our locations.

This is not my first Procom tour. Both have been very informative and met my expectations. I will do another in the next year or two.

It was very good. There were several things not on the itinerary that some of us wanted to see and the staff allowed us to see them. The two guides have a passion for what they do. Robert will do very well in the near future.

8-day Battle of the Bulge review

Love the location and the staff at the Melba Hotel in Bastogne

Scott Desjardins, the Superintendent makes this tour the high light of the trip.

The local guide was very good. I think for some in our group they would have liked to know the difficulties that the walk around had (stairs & hills).

I think the view would have been better if we were located along the road rather than at the school.

The brewery guide was very good. Tour was late in the day and I was ready for a meal rather than a beer

Mary is very skilled, knowledgeable and experienced at her job. Great personality and attitude. Always ready to help in every way. Please post a new photo of her as she is much prettier than the one the company uses. Robert did a good job. Understanding that the is new to the tour company showed but he has the personality and can do attitude to make a very capable tour leader. Enjoyed his company.

I just can't say enough good things about Henri & Scott. If Scott ever retires you need to hire him! On this tour & the BoB tour I took last year these 2 gentlemen were the high light of the tour and the ones I will always remember. I could give the others 5 stars but I did not as comparing them to Henri & Scott was just not fair but they were also very good.

I realize that it is difficult to find a place that can seat groups of 20, and the places we ate were very good. I would rather have some "free meal time" so we could go on our own to experience some of the smaller local eateries. I realize that presents a problem on keeping everyone on a time schedule but it seems this could be done at night.

Bus driver was excellent and very accommodating. The only issue with the motor coach was the internet was not always working.

It was a good mix of WWII history (museums, field sites), local history and sites. Being confined to the general area around Bastogne kept the amount of travel time down. The one thing I would change is to start or end the tour in Brussels. That would provide an excellent opportunity for anyone who wanted to see that beautiful city by arriving early or staying late. We had looked into starting there but without train service to Bastogne, the transportation was a problem. Yes I would recommend this tour and it should be held only at the anniversary for the battle.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful with our questions

I would have like to have had a copy of some of the pictures that were shown to us during the tour by the tour guides and Marietta. "Hitler's House, destruction photos Caen, Bastogne, etc.

Hotels were as good as any we have stayed in in Europe, small but clean.

Rudy was excellent and a great bonus to Marietta.

This day was packed full and the added bonus of Rudy having the owner of Brecourt Manor meet us and take us the to trenches was a special treat. We would have liked to have had another hour at Dead Man's Corner Museum.

These sights and museums were very informative, although we were not as interested in these 3 beaches as they where not American troops battle fields

Needed a little more time here

We were glad to have the HBO Series on the bus and had a chance to preview this battle before arriving to refresh our memory about this battle field.

This Museum was done really well, our host was very informative with her life stories, but tended to expand her stories a little to much in depth, she tended to loose our interest as some of the stories dragged on. The Memorial and the tour end was one of the best we saw.

This was one of the highlites of the tour we where looking forward to. We where not disappointed in the Battlefield Tour. The Barricks were very well done we enjoyed them.

We felt a little rushed in getting through this museum in the time allowed.

Our guide was very good and informative

This tour was very Eye opening for a first time visitor to a concentration camp. We would have liked to have spent more time here and less time allowed for Oktoberfest as most of us made our way back to the hotel on our own.

This was a great tour and Steve was an great bonus guide. he took us off the beaten path and gave us extra info and sights that we would have not seen on our own.

Rudy and Steve were great with lots of added info and knowledge. Butch has been emailing Rudy since our return and he has answered all of his questions, we look forward to seeing him when he visits the US next spring. Jeanne, was very passionate about the museum and we enjoyed her stories, but they did drag on and it was easy to loose interest in some of them. But you could tell her love for the US and what they did in the liberation. Henri was very informative, but hard to hear at times. Steve was great and was good at letting us know where we should concentrate our time at the different sights as to not miss the most interesting offerings of the sights. It's easy to see that Rudy and Steve are very knowledgeable in their chosen areas of WWII history. I hope there are others just as knowledgeable to replace Jeanne and Henri as they are close to retirement.

All of the food we had was very good, but we would have like to have had a choice of 2 different items for the meals. For example, Diane does not eat Salmon, and we had lots of Salmon appetizers. We know when dinning as a large group meals have to be kept simple to meet time restraints, but a choice of 2 different appetizers and main course would not be hard to do as we had at lunch in Utah Beach.

Marietta was very good as our host and informative as a historian. We would welcome her as our tour guide on another adventure.

Having a large bus and a small group was great. We all had room to spread out and relax between stops. Having the Movies available on our long drives was an added bonus as we could refresh our memories on what we where about to see.

Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and helpfull

WE had a great experience on our tour and have recommended this tour to many of our friends since returning home.

11-day Italian Campaign review

very satisfied

sufficient

More overview on the Italian campaign which could have been provided during the long bus trips. A lot of people don't do the reading suggested and therefore are uninformed. Consequently they miss a lot.

Rooms are small which I know can't be helped. Ergife hotel had very thin walls, the wall paper in the rooms and hallways was peeling. This was definitely NOT a first class hotel. The other hotels were as advertised and satisfactory. Plaza Hotel lacked sufficient room lighting.

Glad no pasta was served. The food was good in preperetion, presentation and taste. The food had good variety and tasted good.

guides had good knowledge and were articulate

Best part was seeing things other tours don't show.

experienced drivers remove anxiety of accidents

first class tour manager. kept his calm in crisis and was able to handle difficult situations with a calm demeanor, a sign of a true professional

11-day Italian Campaign review

Avoid the Ergife Palace on future tours (I think most tour members have stated that!). They had subpar food, turned the AC off for the season, had long waits on the elevators due to legions of other tour groups, and were a long drive from central Rome. I really enjoyed the Edra Palace Hotel, the other two were smaller and likely the best in their geographic regions.

The lunches out were excellent, breakfast buffets usually good, the dinners at the hotels were usually good (except for mass produced food for tour groups at Ergife Palace) - but then I'm being picky after starting out with a week in Florence!

I was overall pleased with the guides, plus Charlie provided extra input.

Catania was the only dud, but it was raining and flooding the streets, so I didn't see the city at its best. I would have enjoyed more time at Piane delle Orme Museum. One option to save time might be to skip the ruins at Agrigento (a long drive there and back) and instead see the ones that we just drove past at Paestum. This would give more time in the Gela/Licata landing areas.

A very comfortable coach, outstanding drivers in a country with reckless drivers, plus the wi-fi made it easy to stay in touch with family & friends back home.

Charlie did a wonderful job, provided extra insights over meals, kept us on time, and was fun to be around. I hope to see him again on other tours!

I enjoyed the Italy tour and would recommend it to others. I learned a lot about a part of WWII that I knew little about, a thought shared by many on the tour. I think it was particularly exciting for those who had not visited Italy before, as there were more non-military tourist sights than the France/Germany tour, although I enjoyed seeing Rome and Pompeii again! I particularly enjoyed the central Italy portion (Cassino to Anzio) and could have spent a day in the private museum.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Desk personnel at Hotel Mercure not very helpful when I tried to use my phone. Seemed bothered by my asking. In Munich, I was surprised by infrequent w-fi service even in lobby where it was supposed to have the best reception.

Excellent local guide, Francois

Great to hear our local guide tell of his hands on experiences with Wermacht soldiers in his house

Excellent local guide

Gained too much weight. Probably would have gone for a sandwich and soup for lunch instead of full meal, which I might eat only once a day. Of course, no one forced me to eat all that was served.

Covered just about everything I could have wished to see. Genial group with just a few exceptions but that's standard for touring.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

My only comments refer specifically to the shower in each of the hotels. The shower stalls were all very attractive to the eye. However, they all allowed shower spray to escape onto the bathroom floor. As all of the hotels showers shared this characteristic, this is most likely a facet of European bathroom shower design. Please note that is only an observation on my part. This is not a complaint.

Outstanding!

Amazing!

I thought that I understood the skirmish at the Crossroads: I did not. Upon personally seeing the actual location, I now have a much improved idea of the sequence of events. This would not have been possible if I had not gone the The Netherlands.

Our lady guide was a survivor of the conflict. Her commentary provided insights that simply do not make it into history books and after-action reports. Hence, the NLM in Holland rates 5 stars.

As I thought that I understood the Crossroads skirmish, I also thought that I understood the Battle of the Bulge/Bastogne fight. I did not. I came away with a new respect for the guys who participated in that fight.

Amazing!

Our guide was the Cemetery Director. His commentary and descriptions provided information wherein I was unaware. In particular was the descriptions of how the actions of 2 Medal of Honors recipients delayed the German advance into the Foy area of operations. Very informative. Moreover, see the grave of General Patton was also of interest.

This place was humbling in that you really have to see it to have such an understanding of what happened there. I find it amazing that there are any survivors at all to tell their stories. I am glad their stories are public.

I always thought that the Eagles Nest was Hitlers HQ. After visiting the location, I now have a much better understanding that the EN was principally of symbolic value. I am glad that the Eagles Nest was on the tour.

If anyone has a bad meal on this tour, it is their own fault.

Charlie is an outstanding historian who has the rare ability to translate dry historical facts into vibrant life that seemingly just happened;

The van was comfortable and well-apportioned for this tour.

Carol & I enjoyed ourselves immensely. As a retired Army Officer, I am very familiar with the unit actions of WWII. We saw same battle sites that have been in so many books, but seeing them with your own eyes does bring home some interesting details that cannot be covered in the books: the smells, the nearby cultures, the depth of the bomb craters, etc. This tour has my endorsement.

Would have liked to be closer to towns and able to walk

Holland woman had great stories but she talked so long we never had time to look around the museum and missed half the exhibit. She would get mad if we wandered away and yell at us. Otherwise they were great. Never get rid of Francois! He was amazing.

Andrea was the best. She took care of everybody with energy and a smile.

Mr. D was the best bus driver I have ever seen. Not having a usable bathroom on the bus made me have to limit water intake and made me alter everything. Provide a bathroom that isn't for emergency only.

Loved it

11-day Italian Campaign review

Our travel plans were handled courteously, professionally and efficiently. All the travel documents were correct and any required instructions were provided in a timely manner.

The amount of information provided gave me confidence in a proper run tour process.

We were "blown away" with the offerings for breakfast at each of the hotels we stayed at, with the exception of the Ergife Palace Hotel in Rome. The other hotels, particularly our hotel in Catania, served exceptional offerings for breakfast and the staffs were extremely pleasant and professional. The same could be said of the evening meals we were served at all but the Ergife in Rome. In so far as our on the road meals, the restaurants chosen were very good and were representative of the regional foods they were known for. In this, our mid-day meals in the restaurants in Rome were also excellent.

I would specifically like to commend the following guides for their excellent presentations: Our Agrigento Guide Marco for keeping our interest with his knowledge of his subject matter and how he showed us particulars of the ground structure and other aspects of the local area. His humor in his delivery of what could be a very dry subject, showed that he was hysterically funny and I very much enjoyed his side comments. Marlena, our Vatican and Colosseum guide was also exceptional in her description of the Sistene Chapel and in her delivery. All enjoyed her very much. A very amusing and personable guide. Our Rome guide, Massimiliano had a very clear knowledge of his subject and interacted very well with the tour group. I liked his rendition of the history of the German Occupation of Rome as I had a personal connection to that aspect of the war through my mother. Unfortunately, while our Pompeii guide was certainly in command of her subject, she tended to get lost in the minutia, and therefore lost part of her audience halfway through the tour of Pompeii. I think she needs to tailor her presentation to the tour group with the realization that Pompeii is a very large and busy place and most of us had a difficult time hearing her above the noise of the other touring groups.

What can I say to add to this tour as I have a great love of Italy? Obviously, some of the sights required much more time than others. Personally, sights like Pompeii needed more time and I feel that perhaps allowing the tour participants an opportunity to explore Pompeii on their own with the option of renting an audio guide, would allow for a better interpretive walking tour, since the site is extremely busy, would be a better alternative to a single tour guide. I think that using the audio system at the Sistene Chapel and Colosseum was ideal, given the number of people present. Perhaps this might have assisted our Pompeii guide. In all of this was our Primary Tour Guide "Charlie." He was spectacular in his care and accounting for the needs of his group. His was tireless in his coordination of events and activities. He showed great stamina and was very relaxed with the group, yet constantly making sure that all of the tour's activities went on ithout a hitch.

Travel by motor coach was exceptionally comfortable. The bus drivers were tremendous in their skill and concern for the safety and well being of the group, and loading the luggage. All were amazed at how deft they were at navigating the many small and congested side streets of Italy. I would give them an A plus!

Charlie was the perfect tour host. Funny, amiable, professional, efficient and quick on his feet at seeking alternative arrangements when things did not go as planned. He kept his cool and showed he knew what he was doing and displayed confidence in all his efforts. I would travel with Charlie again in a heartbeat!

Great that you take the time to listen to your tour patrons. The fact that so many of the tour participants were return customers shows that you are doing something right. I would travel again with Procom.

Who doesn't love Italy? It's a no-brainer. With the exception of the hotel in Rome, this was a great tour. It had everything. Along with the WWII aspect of the tour, the ancient sites and the amount of history available, the climate and scenery, scope of regional foods and the friendliness of the people, one could not lose in choosing this tour. Even if someone was not interested in WWII history, there was certainly something for everyone on this tour.

11-day Italian Campaign review

Some were not pleased with the hotel in Rome. Too big. I found it fine. Also towels were an issue. I feel that is just part of what Europe is about.

This would be my one disappointment. There was way too much pork. It felt that every other meal was the same. The pizza was good but not considered a dinner. Maybe I'm wrong but going to Italy I thought there would be a lot more pasta and I was looking forward to that. There was very little. What we got was very good though so I'm not complaining about the quantity or quality. Just the variety.

This is difficult. This tour was very different from the Normandy tour. There just isn't as much to see in Italy as there on the Normandy tour. Not as many memorials and recognizable battle sights. It was nice though to get some non WWII regular tourist sites. That appeals to the less enthusiastic WWII traveler especially if you've never been overseas before. I had been to the Normandy countries numerous times but had never been to Italy.

Charlie was perfect. Right amount of knowledge. Right amount of humor. Right amount of caring to assist us and keep us informed. Only thing to mention for him to improve would be to review the next day activities the day before and advise dress codes and/or suggestions to remind us.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

very professional, answered all my questions and were very helpful and responsive

Excellent but would have liked to have spent a bit more time on the beach. the tour guide extremely proficient and knowledgeable

Great, would have liked to have spent a little more time on the beach. Really enjoyed exploring the terrain associated with the air drop and the local shops.

Great.

Excellent and great relation from the movies to the actual battle. I really enjoyed the museum

Good.....

Outstanding and the docent was great. I had not seen much of this information and I liked the way that it was presented.

Enjoyed seeing Bois de Jacques and the military equipment museum.

Because of my father in law's involvement in the battle, it was especially interesting.

I thought the guide was one of the best that I had heard...in less than an hour, he presented the entire western european campaign, related personal stories, and answered questions. I was very impressed.

I have been here several times, and most recently took a group of my students there. I wish that I had the information that Steve presented before my trip because I could have made it more interested and personal. He did an outstanding job of providing information and description of life in the camp. Much more interesting than if we had simply had the headsets and followed the tour. I really was impressed.

Again, Steve's knowledge and his presentation of the events in Munich brought the information to live as we visited the historically significant sites in Munich

Again, Steve made history come to life as we walked the grounds and then had the chance and time to visit the Eagle's Nest and then had time to enjoy the sites from the Kelstein....

All were professional and informative and able to not only answer questions and relate the information that kept all in the group focused...they were among the very best that I have had in my many trips around Europe

Wasn't too impressed with the dinner buffets in Munich nor the meal at the brauhaus in Munich...I felt that the food here was all cooked in the same vat of hot grease which should have been changed...but the beer here was very good...All the rest were great and the service wonderful...And I understand the reason for the dinner buffets due the number of people and the time that we were arriving...

Andrea was professional, competent and capable. I have a food allergy and she checked with me and the server several times to ensure that my food was ok....My baggage never did catch up with us, and she kept in touch with Air France on the status of the baggage. I really appreciate the personal time and effort that she provided to take care of my needs. I also thought that she was very personable, and related well with the group, despite age and most of the time gender differences. She kept the group on time and seemed to relate well with the guides. She was professional and made the trip fun.

The driver was professional, patient and friendly. He seemed to enjoy the group and I think all were impressed with his driving skills and personality

I got more out of the tour than I expected. It was much more indepth in the information provided, and the tour guides were more proficient than I expected with side trips to add more to the experience. I would highly recommend this tour to history buffs who want more out of a tour than just showing up, taking pictures, and going thru a few museums. I really enjoyed the tour, was impressed with the support and information provided and would go again

11-day Italian Campaign review

All the hotels were basically fine. Plaza - excellent breakfast. But my room had a bath but no shower curtain. Also, hotel didn't have a bar. Mandetta - only one night. No issues. Edra - very nice. But bar a bit sketchy (Maybe the Italians just don't do bars the way we do). Ergife - good food incl breakfast and good bar. Only issue - AC turned off.

No complaints - good choices.

All very good - missed the guide at Agrigento. Pompeii guide OK but ended every word with an "a". Seemed annoyed that so many of the participants departed her tour and went their own way. really enjoyed the Lt. Col. but he should have started with the military buildings.

Loved the Rome Vatican and ancient sites. Not much to see re WWII other than gate that Clark came in through, the Mussolini buildings, Gestapo office and site of the massacre. Anzio beach not so interesting given that the landing was unopposed. San pietro excellent as was Monte cassino and area where we tried to cross the Rapido.

Those guys did great work!! Esp at San Pietro.

Charlie did great. Managed all issues with apparent ease. Very knowledgeable.

I really enjoyed this tour. But probably more because I wanted to see some of Italy than because of the military aspects of it. I got the impression that the allies never really beat the Germans head on. Rather, as allied pressure built up to a certain point, the Germans retreated to new positions. So there were no really distinctive battlefields (such as Omaha Beach in Normandy). Nonetheless, I still think more emphasis could have been placed on the tactical situations - such as the Polish attacks at Monte Cassino - where the German positions were and where the Poles took the most casualties. Same goes for San Pietro Infine - we saw the town but not the actual avenues of the U.S. assault toward the town. Anyway - maybe more emphasis could have been placed on such topics.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

I marked the Rilano Hotelin Munchen down for one reason, no Wi-Fi access in the rooms without additional cost and/or an individual router. In todays world, for USA travelers that is a BIG minus!

Francois assist to an injured tour participant was OUTSTANDING! It is one thing to be knowledgable, another to open his family and home. Dispelled the concept that the French are standoffish. Henri was a truly unique look into the Battle. The guide at the Pegasus Bridge was fun and knew what stories to point out. Steve was another knowledgeable insider and bold in getting into lesser know locations.

No complaints. Lots of food, variety and well prepared. I missed some variety in fruits and vegetables, but chalked it up to the culture. The buffets were great for variety and options.

Andrea was efficient and kept the group moving, especially after getting her whistle! :-)As appropriate she became more relaxed as the days moved on, getting familiar with the personalities. Good sense of humor. She earned her title of "Dame Andrea, Wench of the Whistle for the Royal Order of the Knights of the Knuckle"

I had no issues from start to finish!

It delivered what I paid for. The Tour was run well, and provided all the assistance, info and support I expected! I would recommend the tour without hesitation!

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Communication was great and I felt well informed.

The personal webpage with the tasks and information was helpful.

The rooms at all the hotels were very nice and clean. The staff were friendly as well.

The time spent in the memorial area of the museum was very nice and the tour guide was very knowledgeable. However, she went too far in the weeds and spent too much time at displays, leading me to believe this part would've been much better as a self-guided tour.

The tour guides were excellent and their passion for the material was evident. It was like they were telling a story and not just reading from a script.

I enjoyed the quality of the food and tried a couple new things. Everything was delicious. The only thing close to a complaint would be less chicken meals, but I know sometimes we were at the mercy of the restaurant or hotel's kitchen to decide that.

Marietta was amazing. She kept us well informed not only in the history of BoB, but also in the administrative, and logistical stuff along the tour. She kept us on time and on schedule as the group leader, but we felt as though she was part of the group and very friendly.

Very amazed at how he was able to maneuver the large bus in some tricky and small spaces we travel through on European streets. Very professional and friendly.

Everything was well done. We were able to see many different sites and we stayed on schedule. The quality of the tour let me focus on the historical sites and enjoying myself because I knew the details were handled by a competent team. I always recommend the tour and look forward to going on another Procom trip in the future.

7-day Battle of Britain review

Everyone who I have worked with has been spectacular.

All the information we receive is excellent!

The hotel was very nice and accommodating requests.

The tour of Dover was great. The bunkers were very interesting.

I learned a lot at Uxbridge.

One of my favorite places on the tour!

Great tour guide and the museums were extraordinary

I would have liked a few more minutes there. I do understand timing to get from one place to another takes time.

I have visited the CWR before and I always learn something new.

Loved this stop! The D-Day Map was totally wonderful to see!

Since I am a quilter and love to do applique, this museum was TOTALLY AWESOME!

Each guide was so very interesting and knew so much about the place we were.

Very good!

I was so excited to have Marietta as my guide once again. I had her in 2014 and loved her knowledge!

Too bad there's not a magic wand in major cities to keep traffic flowing at a good rate!

Excellent!

I always highly recommend your tours. I am trying to get a few more interested in going. One high school friend especially liked when I posted pictures on Facebook for my friends. I am trying to get him interested in taking a trip with you!

Excellent!

It is what this type of tour should be. Very enjoyable, first class accommodations, all at a fair price!

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Overall very nice, but rooms are not configured for non-spouse room mates. Had to separate the beds in each hotel. Awkward.

Weather was bad and visibility was 00, but couldn't be helped.

Very knowledgeable and patient with guests.

Very good, no one went hungry or lost weight.......

Charlie bent over backwards to try to please everyone, especially several very demanding guests.

Took that bus to places I doubted he could negotiate, but he always did....

I would recommend BoB tour to anyone with desire to really get a deep understanding of the Normandy landings and subsequent major actions in the ETO.....

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

No Issues prompt and helpful replies to my questions.

A++

The Juno museum was not very good. Way too many words and not enough artifacts. They had one good movie "they walk with you "and the Higgins boat movie was just ok

Really liked this museum and the movies where the best out of all of the museums

Everyone was great and very informative. Not a bad one in the bunch.

The only bad one was lunch when we were going from Normandy to Netherlands. Just A bland cafeteria by the side of the road. Every other meal was great.

Mary was Awesome, great tour guide and a great personality to boot.

Mr D was a great driver. The bus was great wish I knew that the bus had wifi from the start instead of half way through.

Definitely a great company offering great tours.

I would definitely recommend this company and the tours. Already thinking of booking another tour in the next year or so. The tour was great and had no regrets with the tour.

11-day Beyond Band of Brothers review

Totally satisfied, the support provided could not have been better!

Again totally satisfied.

All were clean and comfortable. Hotel personnel were pleasant and helpful!

Very Informative

Nicely done and Informative

Very Informative, filled in a lot of detail I did not know!

Again very nicely done and informative. Learned a lot of detail I did not know!

Very Informative and emotionally presented. One of my favorites!

This was my second trip to Dachau. By far the most informative, learned a lot of new information.

Not much time but enjoyed the sights.

One of the highlights for Martha and myself. We really enjoyed this tour.

All were really good and knew the subjects well.

Meals were enjoyable and large.

Charlie is the best tour manager I have ever had. He took great care of everyone and went beyond expectations to help us when we forgot an important paper.

Long trips are hard on older passengers.

Great services provided by all.

Because it was a good value and provided an expert tour of all WWII sites we visited.

24-day TR Super Combined review

They were great. they took time to help me mail books, beersstiens and rushed me to buy 2 near closing time. They all added a personal touch. Its hard to find the words. they were great

learned a lot

a personal tape recorder to tape all the tour guides. So much knowledge.

beautiful, clean, people very friendly. The whole facility was first class. As were your people

what a place

I was there, read about it saw movies on it, but I was there thanks for the tour

I have 2 books on the code machine, now I have them all and about Turning, I have one on him prior to the trip

great

beautiful, so well maintained and peaceful

Closed my eyes as I saw movies and felt like I was there during the war.

wow

so much to see, great

Its hard to believe the brave soldiers that went through this hell hole and brought freedom to Europe

so sad to think of the lives lost

so sad to think of the lost soldiers

what an undertaking, awesome.

I have watched the Band of Brothers many many time, thanks to you I was there

so much to see and read, can spend many hours in it

Its hard to find the words to describe it. read books but being there is something else.

wow

beautiful and so quite, can hear a pin drop.

so sad, what were people think about. it is great that those good people made them stand for a reminder as what happened.

Had a good time

Standing where Hitler stood was awesome. have several books with him there and his staff and Eva

They are very knowledgeable and had a well presentation. very smooth.

I have learned to eat some different things. Portions were more than enough.

Those driver are really talented to be able to turn corners on those narrow streets and turn-around.

learned to tell time in METRIC minutes. Could not ask for better people. They were there for us all the time. they mixed in with us all. They went above and beyond to make the tour a lifetime of memories

Ivory soap quit at 99.9%, you are 101%

with out a doubt. Would not even think to recommend any other.

24-day TR Super Combined review

Basic itinerary. Doesn't need to be exact but a general guide line.

A reminder of lots of walking would help

Must love Churchill

Nice to see George and hear the history

Would be nice to see when the shops are open

First rate and knew their stuff. Easy to approach and ask questions. Sometimes translation was lost from native tongue to English.

Native foods were great, just a bit more variety in choices.

A bus is a bus

All did a great job of herding a bunch of older Americans around with enthusiasm, flair and guile. All problems that occurred were handled with in a professional manner. We like a little more free time to be built in to tours for shopping or rest as needed.

The tour hit a home run for me and my needs and desires. The super combined tour went to all the places in the ETO that I've longed to see all my life.

18-day Third Reich Combined review

Unbelievable! That is how my wife Peggy and I would describe our recent combined Beyond Band of Brothers and Third Reich Tours experience. The tours exceeded our expectations! The entire tour was well organized, well balanced, the food was excellent, hotels were great, the Procom and local tour guides were extremely knowledgeable about all historical aspects of the tour, they were sensitive to individual's specific needs and above all customer service was NUMBER 1. Now, you must be asking the same question we did when we started reading the reviews on their website. How can anything be this good and of course the staff at Beyond Band of Brothers only picked the best reviews to post? Based on our experience, this could not be further from the truth. Also, the majority of people we met on the tour had nothing but positive things to say about their experience. This being our first organized tour we had a lot of questions. Will the tour be well organized? What will the hotels be like? How will the food be? Will we get enough to eat or will they "cheap out"? Will the tour guides be knowledgeable? Will the tour guides be professional? Will they be able to handle difficult individual situations that would distract from the tour? Having completed the tours, we can now say that none of our questions were a concern. Although we were part of a group of 30 people, we always felt we were being personally taken care of. Our first contact at Procom was with Cassie in their office. She was always professional, courteous and responded to our e-mails quickly. Their website makes it easy to provide all pertinent information required for the trip. We also met Leanne who is another travel consultant in their office. To always improve the customers experience she was along to talk to everyone on the tour and observe how the company could make the tour better. Our 'on bus' tour guides were Charlie and Andrea. Both were extremely knowledgeable. We spent the Band of Brother portion with Charlie. Charlie is a historian, Fulbright Scholar and combines his love of meeting new people with his love of history. He not only provides his insight to the events that happened, but also little known historical facts that make the tour more interesting. If you are thinking about a WW II tour, a way to honor our veterans that fought and died for world freedom, don’t wait.

7-day Battle of Britain review

Because of the wait time pretty much only got to see the bunkers - would have liked to see more of the castles but enjoyed the bunkers. No reason for them to delay so much between tours but you have nothing to do with that.

One of the top stops on the tour - like going back in time

Tour Guide was quite good - Really enjoyed all the various aircraft we were able to see throughout the tour

Everything you wanted to know about Churchill in one place

Tour guide was excellent

expected more, pretty sparse on things to look at - then no pictures of the quilt so you have to buy the book

Good variety

Marietta was fantastic. She never blinked (like her metric time approach) when problems arose and was always in a positive frame of mind. This was my first trip overseas and I felt completely comfortable the entire time with her in charge and taking care of things. To be honest knowing that she was going to be the manager on a tour would make me choose that one over others.

Our driver was excellent! At one point the hedgerows had made the road unpassable by a bus and he backed it up and turned it around in the smallest of areas. Always smiling!

Tour was worth the price paid. There was a good variety of things on the tour which kept one interested throughout.

7-day Battle of Britain review

Great travel guides!

Great hotel---even had washcloths.

Loved the castle!

What an assortment of airplanes!

It was a beautiful and peaceful spot!

Museum was very interesting.

The room where Eisenhower made the decision to go ahead with D-Day was very emotional for me.

I loved the embroidery!

One of the meat dishes had a lot of fat on it.

Marietta was outstanding and personable. She had to be very flexible with the time schedule due to the London traffic jams.

The motor coach was very comfortable, and the bus driver was outstanding getting the bus out of some very tight spots and dealing with the London traffic.

The service was very much appreciated.

The tour was outstanding, and I would recommend the Battle of Britain tour to anyone who inquires about it. I have a much better understanding of what took place during this period of history.
